In the Philippines, the color coding of cables typically follows the Philippine Electrical Code

(PEC) and is often aligned with international standards like IEC 60446 for color identification
of conductors. For a 460V three-phase system, the standard color codes for cables are:

Phase Conductors:

• Phase A (L1): Red

• Phase B (L2): Yellow
• Phase C (L3): Blue

Neutral Conductor:

• Neutral (N): White or Light Gray

Ground or Protective Earth (PE):

• Ground: Green or Green with Yellow Stripes

Notes:

1. For safety, always verify the actual system in use at your location as practices may vary
based on utility companies or specific site standards.
2. Ensure all installations comply with the PEC and any local amendments to avoid issues
during inspections or audits.
