Tools and Materials
Weight 6 bulky yarn (I used Himalaya Dolphin Baby) in dark
brown, medium brown and black
Crochet hook 5mm
scissors
fiberfill for stuffing
26mm safety eyes
yarn needle

Abbreviations
MR - Magic ring
ch - chain
sc - Single crochet
inc - increase
dec - decrease
slst - slip stitch
FO - fasten off
BLO - back loops only
BOB- bobble stitch (5loops)
Body/Head
Starting with dark brown
R1: 8sc in MR
R2: inc around (16)
R3: (sc, inc) x8 (24)
R4: (3sc, inc) x6 (30)
R5: (4sc, inc) x6 (36)
R6: 13sc, BOB, 7sc, BOB, 14sc (36)
R7-8: sc around (36) 2 rounds
Color change to medium brown
R9: sc around (36)
R10: (5sc, inc) x6 (42)
R11-13: sc around (42) 3 rounds
R14: (6sc, inc) x6 (48)
R15-17: sc around (48) 3 rounds

Do not stuff your ear
Fold your ear in half and sc 9 across to close
it
Fold it in half again and sc 4 across
FO, leaving a long yarn tail for sewing

R24-26 of the
head/body with 8-10
stitches in between, we
are going to work on the
hair next
Hair
Using dark brown
With the face of the honse facing towards you: insert your hook right next to the
right ear between R24 and R25 (if you´re left handed start next to the left ear) ->
see x on the picture
Pull up a loop and ch15, then slst into the next stitch
ch15 again and slst into the next stitch, keep doing this until you reach the left ear
FO, weave in the ends

From here on you can customize


the hair however you want, feel
free to make more or less hair
strands and make them longer or
shorter. This is how I did the hair:
Insert the hook between R27 and
28 and make as many hair
strands as you did for the first
row, ch20 for each hair strand, FO
and weave in ends
Keep making as many rows of
hair as you desire, I made 4 rows
in total (see picture)
Front legs (make 2)
Starting with black
R1: 8sc in MR
R2: inc around (16)
R3: BLO sc around (16)
R4-5: sc around (16) 2 rounds
Color change to medium brown
R6: 5sc, 3dec, 4sc, inc (14)
R7: inc, 10sc, inc, 2sc (16)
R8: 2sc, inc, 9sc, 2dec (15)
R9: 2dec, 11sc (13)
R10: sc around (13) Back legs (make 2)
FO, leaving a long tail for sewing Starting with black

Assembly

Sew the front legs between R10-15, with 2 visible stitches in between
Sew the back legs between R22-28, with 5-6 visible stitches in between
There should be 5-7 stitches between the front and back legs
