CIVIL WORK
1. R.C.C framed structure.
2. Brick work in CM 1:6 mix using Fly ash for super structure (9” walls).
3. Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using Fly ash bricks for 4 ½” partition walls.
4. Basement height 3 feet from existing Ground level and each Floor will be in 10 feet clear
height.
5. R.C.C. Items in 1:11/2:3 mix using ¾” blue granite metal including placing in position,
concreting complete. Lintel Beam wherever necessary, sunshades, lofts, stairs slab, Roof
slab as per design, Sill slab 2” thick.
6. Plastering inner & outer walls with CM 1:5 mix ½” thick and ceiling with CM 1:3 mix, ½”
thick.
7. Sunshade rainwater border 1” width, ½” thick with CM 1:3 mix.
8. Supplying and fabricating of steel are used by ISI 500 or 550D TMT bars, Roof slab Main
rod and Distributor rod as per design, Sunshade rods are 8mm both ways, lintel 10 mm 5
nos wherever necessary. Sill beam with hoop iron plate.
9. Underground Sump using 9” tk briwall of 5000 liters capacity.
10. Soak pit will be provided 10,000 Litres
11. Staircase S.S Hand rail with fixing.
12. Weathering course 6mm jelly mixed with cement concrete.
13. Compound of 150 RFT using solid block upto 5Ft from parking level
14. Ms gate will be provided
FLOORING WORK
1. Flooring finish with Vitrified Tiles (2’0”x 4’0”) for all rooms in CM 1:6 mix, 1.5” thick
including laying complete (Rs.60/ sq ft)
2. Vitrified skirting tiles 4” thick using cm 1:5 mix including finishing (Rs.60/sq ft)
3. Supplying and fixing of Glazed tiles (1'0"×2'0") at the height of 8’0” in toilets. Toilet floor anti-skid
tiles. (Rs.40/ sq ft)
4. Staircase steps finished with Granite slab. (Rs.120/ sq ft)
5. Flooring finish with Weathering Tiles for Terrace in CM 1:6 mix, 1.5” thick including
laying complete.
CARPENTRY WORKS:
1. Supplying and fixing of main doors (Solid Wood Doors) with 5” x 4” frames ( Teak
wood) including 4 Nos of 4” iron oxidized butt hinges, 6&8” length S.S Tower bolt
1Nos., lock with handle. and necessary screws, nails complete
2. Supplying and fixing of doors (flush Doors) including 3 Nos of 4” iron oxidized
butt hinges, 8” length S.S Tower bolt 1Nos., 6” length S.S Tower bolt 1Nos., lock
with handle 1 nos. and necessary screws, nails complete.
3. Supplying and fixing of upvc windows necessary screws, nails complete.
4. Water proof door provided in all toilets.
PAINTING:
1. Walls and ceiling with one coat of white cement for outer plastering area.
2. Walls and ceiling with two coat putty work in inner plastering area.
3. Windows, ventilators and sit out grills finished with one coat of primer and two
coats of Satin enamel paint.
4. Interior walls finished with one coat of primer and two coats of emulsion paint
5. Exterior walls finished with two coats of emulsion paint.
6. Elevation front side with two coat putty work and one coat primer and two coat
emulsion paint.
PLUMBING WORKS (WITH FITTINGS)
1. Toilet: European water closet with tap, health facet.
2. Rain water pipe 4” dia. Rainwater harvest provision.
3. O.H.T (Tank Capacity 1000 lit ).
4. Inner pipe lines are Prince/Supreme Upvc,Cpvc ¾” pipe for water line, outer
pipe lines are Upvc 1” ( 15 kg ) pipes, Wasteline 2” , Closet line 4” are PVC pipes.
ELECTRICAL WORKS (WITHOUT FITTINGS)
1. Inner ¾”, 1” Pvc pipes, with Modular Legrand Myris switches, (Switch rangeRs.55/No)
inner wiring with 3 phase line wiring up to D.B.
Box with necessary MCB for rooms.
2. Electrical points for Air condition and for all bed rooms will be provided
KITCHEN
1. Tabletop with black granite.
2. Electrical and plumbing points with fittings will be provided as required.
