E-Lock Installation Reference Manual
1 Overview
This document assumes that you have the Client side executable for Windows
(SuperSignerClient.exe or SuperSignerPlusClient.exe or SuperSignerSDK) and that you
have either time limited evaluation license keys or perpetual license keys installed.
2 System Requirements
2.1 Supported OS
Windows 7 and above (Win 7, 8, 8.1 and 10)
2.2 Supported Browsers
Google Chrome v.50 and above
Mozilla Firefox v.47 and above
Internet Explorer 10 and above: (with emulation mode 10 or above or Edge).
Most functions would work on IE 8 onwards if ActiveX controls are enabled, but
for using the full functionality and new API calls like SignPDFInMemory and
SignFile, you will need IE 10 and above.

3 Procedure to download and install E-Lock Client installer
3.1 Download E-Lock SuperSignerPlus Client
Login to NSDL portal. Navigate to <section and URL> to download the client
installer

3.2 Installation steps for Windows users
Download E-Lock SuperSignerPlusClient.exe
Right click and select Run as administrator to initiate installation
A Windows Defender check turns up as below

Click on More info to receive the following screen and select Run anyway
A prompt appears on the desktop with EULA. Click on “I agree”

Default location is C:\Program Files\E-Lock\SuperSigner PlusClient. Click on
Install
A message appears asking to close all web browsers for first time users and for
repeat users, the message asks to close all web browsers and SignApp application

Click Close when done
A pop up will appear for first time users asking to allow access to internet. The
users need to provide internet access to the SignApp. The user can select either
both Private and Public or only Private/Public or only Domain.

4 Procedure to uninstall E-Lock SuperSigner PlusClient
Go to Control Panel Programs and Features. Double click on
SuperSignerPlusClient
