Established in the year 18th October 1987, Under the charismatic management of Shri. ABDULSALAM SOUDAGAR (MD) HOTEL NIYAAZ was known for the moglai dishes. Later in the coming years HOTEL NIYAAZ THE BEST KITCHEN has grown to make a commanding presence by offering a wide variety of lip-smacking delectables. Good business plans with the entrepreneurs have thoroughly thought about all aspects of their proposed businesses.
NEW CONCEPTS INTRODUCED BY HOTEL NIYAAZ

A/C & DELUXE: (Location-HOTEL NIYAAZ) To accommodate sophisticated customers new format of sitting was introduced called as DELUXE restaurant under the roof of HOTEL NIYAAZ, having the capacity to cater 80 customer at a time with quick and hygiene service.

TAKE-AWAY: (Location-HOTEL NIYAAZ) Keeping in mind the customers especially the travelers, HOTEL NIYAAZ introduced its first parcel department called as TAKE-AWAY to facilitate its customer to enjoy the food at their convenient time and place. MEALS-ON-WHEELZ: (Location-HOTEL NIYAAZ) is the pioneer to launch this concept in BELGAUM city rendering service to its remote customer with the same quality and speedy service. SEVA CATERERS: (Location-Office @ HOTEL NIYAAZ) Taking a journey of innovation Niyaaz Hotels started with Outdoor catering service in the brand name SEVA CATERERS to serve its customers at their convenient place & time; its cliental is based all around in Belgaum, Goa and Maharashtra. can handle minimum guest list of 25 people to maximum 4000 people with utmost ease and poise.

EXPANSIONS:

PICK-N-PACK: (Location- Tilakwadi/Azam Nagar) To cater the niche market located in the remote areas. The idea behind this concept is to make available the NIYAAZS quality food & service with the customized taste and quantity in a favorable ambience.

(Location- Khade Bazaar) To cater the NEW TASTE: economy class segment of customers who are willing to have a specific dish at a specific price.

(LocationSangli-miraj road SangliKHANSAMA: Maharashtra). Khansama is the first franchise allotted under the brand name of NIYAAZ, Restaurant offering a wide variety of moglai cusines with a touch of soothing ambience.

(Location- Panaji- GOA). Fine dine NIYAAZ FINE DINE: franchise is allotted to the business house samata estate, already being in the same industry. Fine dine has penetrated the Goa market to cater the niche audience.

DIVERSIFY:

SOUDAGAR POULTRY FARM: (Location- Sankeshwar road, Daddi) Looking into the market fluctuation & competition HOTEL NIYAAZ started its own poultry farm to make sure the supply of raw chicken is available at all time at the fixed price and without compromising in the quantity and quality. Capacity: Having a capacity of 20,000 chickens and spread in the area of 9.2 acres of land. This farm will not only cater the mother concern (HOTEL NIYAAZ), but also the other ventures who seek the best quality and quick service.

NIHM (NIYAAZ INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT: (Location-1st floor HOTEL NIYAAZ) Being in the industry since two decades HOTEL NIYAAZ has seen many ups and down, especially in the labor attrition, & the same problem is experienced by similar related ventures. To have a permanent solution & to cure a root cause for this issue HOTEL NIYAAZ started its own HOTEL MANAGEMENT institute to educate the potential students in the hospitality sector and also to generate the job opportunities in the society.

In these entire activities one thing which always came within is desire to do something different and unique and keep a benchmark for others for which a parameter of professionism and dedication is followed with a thin line.
