On-The Job Training is an important tool for me as a student because this is a

steppingstone to my chosen career. During my training I have a lot of experience and
realization that I’ll treasure. Experience that helps me to understand and learn what the
corporate world is. And realization that makes me give importance to work hard and improve
my skills and personality. This training helps every student like me to enhance the knowledge
that I learn from school. But in other side, it will make me doubt myself if I’m going to
continue this path or choose another path. Because the pressure when I encounter unfamiliar
tasks that I’m not prepared to do makes me ask myself if I am going in the right direction.
But this challenge makes me strong enough to prepare myself after I graduate. I also
appreciate the knowledge I learned from my chosen company for my OJT, because they
taught me a lot even if I make mistakes sometimes, they never make feel a failure instead
they always give a chance to try another. Aside from that, the importance of proper wearing
attire in the office because good dress sense helps to maintain a professional image. First
impressions are very important in the b world. Your office attire gives the first impression not
only to the boss but also to the clients and business partners you are exposed to.
Overall, grab all the opportunities that you will encounter because not everyone has
that. Work hard and learn from it, because all the things you will experience are lessons.
Improve your personality and skills because you will use it in work. You are no longer a child
just to play but you are old enough to prepare yourself for what the real world is.
