*Role of individual members of the Code Blue Team
Duty Manager (1) (2) support. 1) (1) (2) (3) (1) To ensure the presence of all members of the team. To help in shifting the patient to ICU/CCU and to ensure all logistic To ensure availability of the Crush Trolley on the spot. Follow instruction of Cardiologist To administer the medications To keep all records/clinical documentations of all medications given and measures taken. To take the lead of whole maneuver and direct others to take appropriate measures.

In charge Nurse Helping Nurses

Specialist Cardiology. Intensivist/ICU SHO/ Anesthesiologist

CPR Intubation D.C. shocks Medication (1) To inform Primary Consultant/ Relatives/Attendants (2) To maintain liaison with CCU/ICU for possible transfer of patients to those areas
