NB : 1. 100% of the payment is due with the order at the time the invoice is issued by the Organiser. 2. Cancellation is permissible only with
the express written consent of the organizers and under terms that are acceptable to them. Charges amount to 50% if the cancellation
occurs more than 30 days before the fair and 100% if it happens within 30 days of the f air. 3. To ensure smooth execution, the last date of
booking/issuance of work orders is 30 days before the event, otherwise services may be affected. Late fee for orders and/or payments
received within 30 days of the event is 5% of the amount pay able. 4. Exhibitors are entitled to 1 exhibitor badge for every 2 sqm of exhibit
