01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. Alleging inaction in the matter of registration
of FIR pursuant to the complaint at Annexure-1, the
present CRLMP has been filed.
3. During course of submission, learned counsel
for the State, on instruction, submits that pursuant to
the complaint at Annexure-1, Buguda P.S. Case
No.424 of 2024 under Section 351(1)/3(5) BNS has
been registered and investigation is continuing. Copy
of the said instruction filed by the learned counsel for
the State is taken on record.

4. In view of the same, no further order need be
passed in the case at hand.
5. The CRLMP accordingly stands disposed of.
