interactions with patients and consider their social environment within the facility.
For the employer, it leads to higher resident satisfaction. Contented and well-adjusted
residents are more likely to recommend the facility to others, enhancing its reputation and
making it simpler to draw in new tenants. It is also important because it leads to decreased
incidences of mental health problems. Prompt attention to emotional or social problems
might avert more significant mental health problems, hence minimizing the need for
expensive and resource-intensive follow-up medical or psychological treatments.
