Manual for Uploading Photos and Documents in Campus Management System
Campus Management platform using in GEC Palakkad is ETLAB which is available on as well as
Mobile App. Every student has a User name and password to access the same. All the details
regarding your academic and administrative matters are available in the platform. You have already
updated your basic details in the platform. Now it is the time for uploading your photo, signature
and Relevant Documents.
Accessing the Portal
You can access the portal in the link : https://gecskp.etlab.in/
And also you can install the mobile app in your phone. Install the app and choose Government
Engineering Sreekrishnapuram as your institution.
User Name for ETLAB is your admission number in the
format 21BXXX
Eg: 21B171
Password will be send to you in a separate list
For first use web based login is more comfortable.
On successful login you will get your dash board as given below . In the dash board you can see a lot
of options and menus. You can see the latest notices also. You are advised to change the default
password
Choose My Profile option from the dash board.
In the my profile page 3 update options are there. Update Photo, Upload Certificate and Update
profile
By clicking the option Update profiles you can change your mobile number and mail ids. You must
give your mobile number and mail id against your contacts. If your are changing your number, you
must update the same. Check the mail regularly, future communications are through mail only.
Update Photo and Signature
You should upload the photo and signature. The size of the photo and signature are given the page
itself and same should be in JPG format. This photo size is mandatory for KTU too.
You may use online photo cropping tools like https://www.online-image-editor.com or
https://pixlr.com/x/ for editing. If you are familiar you can use Photoshop or GIMP.
Upload Certificate
In this page you have to upload the Clear copies of certificates in PDF format. You may use mobile
apps like adobe scan , cam scanner or similar apps to scan the documents. If the size is more than
100kb you may use any online PDF optimizers like https://pdfresizer.com/optimize or
https://smallpdf.com/compress-pdf
