3. Fee for Migration Certificate is Rs. 400/- which is to be remitted in favour of Secretary, Himachal Pradesh

5. Migration fee once paid not refundable in any case.
6. No person is entitled to apply on behalf of another person. The certificate will always be sent through
Registered post. Migration Certificate will not be given personally to anybody.
