General Instructions for Students
(Any violation of the instructions will be viewed as malpractice)
1. Students must be present in the Examination Hall 5 minutes before the commencement of the
Examination in proper dress code with ID card. Latecomers will not be entertained to write the
examinations.
2. Multi-pocket shirts and pants, round-neck T-shirts, Torn jeans, Hoodies, and Track pants
are not allowed for boys, For Girls crop tops, short pants, Hoodies, and Torn jeans are not
allowed. Also, they should not leave loose hair.
3. Students must strictly follow the Hall Invigilators’ instructions.
4. Students will not be allowed to leave the hall during the examinations, and it is mandatory for
the students to be available in the hall for the entire duration of the examination scheduled.
5. Students must write their Register Number, Year, Section, Subject code, and Subject title clearly.
6. STUDENTS ARE ADVISED NOT TO WRITE ANYTHING ON THE QUESTION
PAPER OTHER THAN REGISTER NUMBER. WRITING ANY HINTS OR NOTES ON
THE QUESTION PAPER WILL BE TREATED AS MALPRACTICE.
7. Students must occupy the seats according to the seating plan.
8. Students are advised to bring their own pen, pencil, scale, calculator, eraser and other stationaries
that are required for the examination. STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BORROW ANY
STATIONARIES INSIDE THE EXAMINATION HALL.
9. Students are advised not to TALK / GESTURE inside the examination hall.
10. Mobile phones, smartwatches, and electronic gadgets, subject reference materials are
strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
11. The status of malpractice will be reflected in the placement ranking metrics (reduced up
to 25%).
12. In case of absenteeism for the Cycle Test the students will be awarded with Zero marks. Retest or
any other mode of assessment for CT or exchange of batch is not permissible.
