Introduction
Each Logic Links puzzle gives instructions on which colored chips to use
and then presents a series of clues. Based on these clues, you must figure
out the one and only way to arrange the chips so that all the requirements
are satisfied.

All the solutions in Logic Links LevelA will form a single row of chips. This
includes the symmetry puzzles and the identical halves puzzles. In the
symmetry puzzles, the solution will have a vertical line of symmetry, which
means the left and right halves of the puzzle are mirror images of each
other. In the identical halves puzzles, the solution will consist of two
identical halves.

The solutions in Logic Links Level B will form a rectangle, consisting of two
rows of chips. This includes the row rearrangement puzzles and the top
and bottom mirror puzzles. In the row rearrangement puzzles, the
colors in the top row and the colors in the bottom row are the same, but
not necessarily in the same order. In the top and bottom mirror puzzles,
the colors in the bottom row are the same as those in the top, but in
reverse order.

Within each section, the easiest puzzles can be found at the beginning the
book. The difficulty level increases as the section continues.

Some helpful hints for interpreting the clues:

* Between does not imply order; for example, a yellow chip is
between a blue chip and a green chip could mean BYG or GYB.
In Level B, to say that one chip touches another means they are next
to one another on the sides, top, or bottom. Diagonals don’t count as
touching, unless otherwise noted. (Chips that don’t touch are not next
to one another on the sides, top or bottom, but they may be diagonal
from one another unless otherwise noted.)
If a clue says one chip is “directly to the left” or “directly to the right”
of another, those two chips touch. If the clue only says one chip is “to
the left’ or “to the right,’ they may touch or they may not.

Enjoy the puzzles as you let your logic loose!
