workers?
Emcee 1: A famous quote by Paulo Coelho says, “If you’re brave enough to say goodbye, life
will reward you with a new hello”.

Emcee 2: To our honoree, Ma’am _________________ and to all my colleagues, good afternoon
and welcome to our Despedida Party!

Emcee 1: To start with, I would like to request everyone to stand for our opening prayer which
will be lead by Ma’am ______________________.

Emcee 2: Thank you so much Ma’am __________. You may now take your seat. At this
moment, let us reminisce the memories that we have shared with our honoree. Let’s watch this
video presentation! (Video Presentation of the memories shared with the honoree)

After the video presentation:


Emcee 1: At this point in time, let us hear the message of our honoree’s best friend and
confidant, Ma’am ___________. Let’s welcome her with a round of applause.

Note: (Call those co-workers who want to give their messages to the honoree)

Emcee 2: At this juncture, I would like to request our honoree to stay in front and receive our
token which will be given by Ma’am ___________.

(While the token is given, the Emcee will say:)


Emcee 1: Ma’am ______, please accept our token of appreciation wholeheartedly. It symbolizes
our respect, love, and gratitude to you for all the good things that you have done for our
institution and for being an inspiration to all of us.
We are always grateful to our Almighty Father for giving us a wonderful chance to know you
and be motivated by your dedication and commitment. You are truly a good model.
Thank you so much for all the memories that we shared and may God bless you always!

(After the giving of token)

Emcee 2: At this moment, let us hear the response of our honoree, Ma’am ___________. Let’s
welcome her with a big hand!

Emcee 1: Thank you so much Ma’am ________.

now time for us to fill our stomach with sumptuous foods. May I now request Ma’am _________
to lead the Prayer before Meals.

by an unknown to you. The quote says, ” Goodbyes are not forever, goodbyes are not the end.
They simply mean I will miss you. Until we meet again.”
