Statement of Non-Data Collection

Dear Dr. Gapasin

We, the undersigned researchers, hereby declare that no data collection activities have

been initiated for our research project, ENHANCING USER EXPERIENCE THROUGH

ADVANCED REAL ESTATE IMAGE MATCHING USING DEEP LEARNING

TECHNIQUES WITH DATA-EFFICIENT IMAGE TRANSFORMER (DEIT),

CONTRASTIVE LANGUAGE-IMAGE PRE-TRAINING (CLIP), AND FRAUD FILTER

SYSTEM. Due to our heavy workload and commitments, including our On-the-Job

Training (OJT), we have not made any progress on the research since the last major

revision from Sir Melvin and the panelists. As a result, no data has been gathered from

participants, and the development of the study and tool has not commenced.

To further demonstrate this, we are providing the following evidence:

● Screen recording: A screen recording of our group conversation in Messenger,

available upon request, showing that we haven't discussed the tool development

since the last major revision from Sir Melvin and the panelists.

● Screenshot: A screenshot of our group chat stating that we will write "0%" in the

Thesis Update Google Forms, indicating that we have not made any progress on

the tool development.

● Screen recording: A screen recording of the Thesis Update Google Forms,

showing that our response to the question "In your estimate, how much work has

your group accomplished in developing your software tool? Write in percentage

(e.g. 30%)" is "0%." To verify, you can email Sir Melvin to view our response to

the Thesis Update Google Forms on September 10, Tuesday, approximately

10:30 PM.

We hope this evidence is sufficient to confirm that we have not begun data collection or

tool development. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the missing

document.
