1. Introduction
Accessories are an integral part of mobile computing solutions for enterprise applications. Zebra is making
select, third-party accessories generally available as more customers rely on them to complete their
solution with mobile computers, handhelds, and tablets.
Vehicle docks, cradles, mounts, vehicle power supplies, and related accessories represent the first
category of third-party accessories that will be released to market. Not only are these products
manufactured by proven brands, but they also offer customers viable options depending on their
application / use case and the type of vehicle where they intend to use a Zebra device.
Offering these third-party accessories as part of Zebra’s broad portfolio allows customers to buy the right
product for their needs and complete their solution with procurement efficiencies realized from shopping at
a single source.

6. Zebra Services
Third-party accessories are serviced and supported by those companies manufacturing them. Zebra will
provide Level 1 service and support, and direct customers to the pertinent personnel at the manufacturer
for extended support, service, repair, or warranty-related inquiries.
Third-party accessories are offered with a manufacturer warranty that is passed through to the end-
customer. Zebra does not offer any additional warranty for these products currently and is not offering
Zebra One Care for third-party accessories.

Zebra is making a change to better process “as a Service” subscription orders, based on their unique
attributes. These changes should result in faster order processing and improved support for Renewal
quotes and Add-ons (Incremental Licenses that will terminate at the same time as the original contract).
For submission of orders that include Zebra “as a Service" SKUs, please submit these orders to
ZaaS@zebra.com.
Updated Order Criteria. For your convenience, we have updated Zebra’s Bookable Order Criteria
reference guide to reflect the process change for “as a Service” subscription orders.

9. Frequently Asked Questions
Are these Zebra-branded products?
No. We have created part numbers beginning with 3PTY to transact, but the products remain “off-the-
shelf” offerings from the manufacturer with their own brand and labeling. Zebra works with these
manufacturers in a collaborative manner to bring value-added solutions to market.
How are repairs supported?
The third-party accessory manufacturer is responsible for the end-customer warranty, repair, and
replacement. The end-customer can work directly with manufacturer if they’d like. The Zebra Level 1 team
will be trained to share the appropriate manufacturer contact if needed.
Are these products eligible for stock rotation?
No. 3PTY products are not eligible for stock rotation. Please refer to each manufacturer’s policies
regarding warranty and returns.
Will Zebra add more 3rd party accessories to support its mobile computing portfolio?
We will continue to evaluate those third-party accessories that make sense for the market and have broad
customer appeal. We’re starting with vehicle docks and related accessories given there are strong third-
party brands in the market that support Zebra’s offerings.

Any pre-launch information is Zebra confidential and shouldn’t be shared on any electronic or other public media ( including eCommerce
sites) prior to the product official launch date. Information provided herein with respect to Zebra products or services ( “Products and
Services”) that are not available for sale to the general public yet ( “Pre-Launch Information”), is considered to be Zebra Confidential
Information, as defined and subject to the terms of the confidentiality provisions included in recipient’s PartnerConnect agreement or
Participation Terms and Conditions with Zebra (the “PartnerConnect Agreement”). As such, prior to the date Products or Services become
generally available for sale by Zebra ( “Public Launch Date”), the recipient of this document ( “Recipient”) shall: (i) not disclose Pre-
Launch Information to any third party; (ii) disclosure of Pre-Launch Information to only those employees, agents or consultants who must
be directly involved with the Pre-Launch Information, and who are bound by confidentiality terms substantially similar to those contained
herein; (iii) use the same degree of care used to protect their own information of like importance, but at least use reasonable care, in
safeguarding against disclosure of Pre-Launch Information; (iv) use the Pre-Launch Information exclusively for the furtherance of their
business relationship with Zebra; (v) promptly notify Zebra upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Pre-Launch
Information and take reasonable steps to prevent further unauthorized actions or other breach of these confidentiality provisions. Without
limiting the generality of the foregoing, Recipient shall not share the Pre-Launch Information on any website ( including Recipient’s
eCommerce site(s)) or market the Products or Services in any other fashion until the Public Launch Date, which is the date on which the
Products or Services are available for sale.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEBRA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, RESULTING
FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, EITHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION,
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM THIS DN/PMB.
