1. Project Overview
The goal of this project is to conceptualize, develop, and implement a customized E-Library
Service tailored for academic and institutional needs. This service will provide users with an
intuitive platform to access academic resources, fostering learning and research.

2. Solution Overview
The development of the E-Library Service will be carried out in two phases:
Phase 1: Research and Requirement Specification
● Conduct comprehensive research to identify the most suitable platform or decide on
in-house development.
● Outcome: A recommendation report outlining the top two platform options, based on
features, pricing, and customizability.
Phase 2: Implementation and Development
● Option 1: Customize a white-labelled platform that suits our requirements.
● Option 2: Develop the E-Library service from scratch, building all features and
functionalities in-house.
3. Phase 1 - Research and Requirement Specification
The first phase focuses on gathering detailed information and performing a comparison of
potential solutions for the E-Library Service.
Milestone 1: Market Analysis
● Conduct a market analysis to identify the top white-labelled platforms that meet
high-level specifications.
● Timeline: Week 1-2
Milestone 2: Feature Comparison
● Perform a detailed feature comparison of the shortlisted platforms.
● Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine the selection.
● Timeline: Week 3
Milestone 3: Platform Recommendation
● Based on the comparison, recommend two platforms that offer the best balance of
features, pricing, and scalability.
● Timeline: Week 4
Deliverable: Final research report with a detailed platform recommendation.
4. Phase 2 - Implementation and Development
In this phase, we will move forward with the selected solution based on the
recommendations from Phase 1.
Option 1: White-Labelled Platform Customization
● Finalize the chosen platform and execute the required customizations.
● Integrate the platform with existing systems and conduct comprehensive testing.
● Provide training to users and ensure a smooth rollout.
● Timeline: Week 3
Option 2: Full-Scale In-House Development
● Define the system architecture and design core modules.
● Proceed with the development of features, test and debug the system, and deploy.
● Provide a structured user onboarding process and training.
● Timeline: Week 3-6

We bring a wealth of expertise in both research and technical development, ensuring a
seamless approach to the E-Library Service project.
● Research and Strategic Analysis:
Proven experience in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and platform
evaluation. I contributed to projects like Bajaj Auto’s Intra-City Business, BCG’s
Entrepreneurial Intentions and Funding Study, and the teardown analysis of the
Vouch App. These projects involved developing strategies, conducting stakeholder
interviews, and delivering actionable insights.
● Customization and Development:
Skilled in designing and customizing large-scale systems. At Paytm, I worked on
enhancing product features and optimizing UI/UX to increase the platform's user
base by 50%. At Innov8, I led the seamless integration of online booking systems
and developed the footer section for their main website. At Sleek, I contributed to
creating automated workflows, ticketing systems, and improving chatbot prompts for
customer service.
● Project Management:
Hands-on experience in strategizing and executing projects, including drafting
Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) at OYO and overseeing platform
integration and payment systems for a mentorship platform. At Sleek, I managed
multi-phase projects such as setting up Zendesk instances and creating detailed
ticket categorization workflows for customer support.
● Technical Expertise:
Proficient in using tools like Figma, Miro, Tableau, and programming in Python for
automation and data analysis. My technical portfolio includes developing a Netflix
dashboard for content analysis, a YouTube scraper analyzing over 500+ videos, and
conducting data correlation studies between GDP and night light intensity.
● Diverse Industry Experience:
Exposure to a wide array of industries, including fintech (Paytm), hospitality (OYO),
coworking spaces (Innov8), accounting (Sleek), and consulting (BCG). This varied
background enables me to approach the E-Library project with a versatile,
user-centric, and innovative perspective.
