VI. Findings (Taken from the online M&E)
A. Major Observations/Findings
As mentioned by the participants the sessions were great and can
be of health in implementing the ideas to the teaching process. The
provided materials were beneficial to the reading development of
the learners
The conduct of the program was well, and the program
management team monitored properly the attendance, and the
prescribed assignments and facilitated the queries of the
participants
The facilitators exhibited mastery of their topics and discussed the
various concepts with the participants.

The lesson map walkthrough was well discussed and served as a
helpful guide to effectively teach the struggling readers in reading,
writing, and counting
The project is a good initiative and relevant currently.
The Overall Rating for the Session is 3.96 and for the facilitators is
3.96 also.
The general rating of the training program's daily operation is 3.96.
There were no critical incident reports recorded within the duration
of the training/program activity.
The training gained a rating of 3.96 for the general post-program
evaluation
VII. Recommendations and Suggestions
It is then suggested by the participants to provide a soft copy of the
lectures to share it with their fellow teachers in their respective
schools during SLAC.
An update on this topic is then expressed by the participants if ever
there are, so they can be equipped more on various concepts and
techniques recommended for policy action
