RUIDP Silver Jubilee Photography and Reel Making Contest
The Asian Development Bank funded Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project (RUIDP)
announces “RUIDP Silver Jubilee Photography and Reel Making Contest” on the theme of
“Creating Urban Infrastructures, Changing Lives”.
Participate in this photography and reel making contest and win exciting prizes. Just click photographs
and/ or create reels on the given theme & subjects in given RUIDP Project Towns* and upload them

Theme of photography and reel making contest:
“Creating Urban Infrastructures, Changing Lives”
Subjects under the theme:
Contestants can participate by sharing their entries depicting any of the following subjects within the
theme of the Contest:
I. Infrastructure on Water Supply and Sewerage created or ongoing under RUIDP
II. Impact on livelihoods, health and hygiene etc. by Water Supply and Sewerage services and
infrastructure
III. Conservation of water and Re-use of treated wastewater
IV. Improved quality of life among poor and slum-dwellers due to the projects
* RUIDP Project Towns for clicking Photographs and creating Reels:
Photographs and Reels must be clicked or recorded in any of the following project towns of RUIDP in
Rajasthan: Pali, Tonk, Jhunjhunu, Sriganganagar, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Udaipur, Kota, Mount Abu,
Jhalawar- Jhalrapatan, Sawai Madhopur, Banswara, Kuchaman City, Didwana, Makrana, Ladnun,
Mandawa, Khetri, Pratapgarh, Sirohi, Abu Road, Ratangarh, Sardarshahar, Laxmangarh, Fatehpur,
Nokha, Jodhpur, Nimbahera, Dungarpur, Bundi, Bharatpur, Sagwada, Balotra, Nathdwara, Barmer
Prizes and Winners for Photography
➢ First Prize will be 25000/, Second prize will be 15000/- and Third Prize will be 10000/ along
with certificates.
➢ 10 Consolation Prizes- Rs. 5000/ each along with certificates.
➢ All other participants will get e-certificate for their participation on behalf of the RUIDP

Guidelines for Submitting Photographs:
1. The photographers can submit one or more photograph in landscape/portrait mode.
2. Participants can submit only colour photographs taken during the contest period.
3. A caption must be given for the Photograph.
4. Photos submitted must be at least 3600 pixels on the longer side. Images should be between 5
MB to 15 MB. Photos must be in JPEG format.
5. There must be no border(s), logo(s), copyright marks, identifying marks, or any other visible
references and/or marks on the image.
6. Basic editing, including colour enhancement, the use of filters, and cropping of the Photo(s) is
acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and/or genuineness of the
Photo(s).
7. Photographs that have been digitally altered beyond standard optimization (removal of dust,
cropping, reasonable adjustments to exposure, colour and contrast etc.) will be disqualified.
8. RUIDP reserves the right to assess and disregard any submitted photo at its discretion without
giving any explanation.
9. Photos that portray or otherwise include inappropriate and/or offensive content, including
provocative nudity, violence, human rights and/or environmental violation, and/or any other
contents deemed to be contrary to the law, religious, cultural & moral traditions and practices
of India, are strictly prohibited and will be immediately discarded.
Guidelines for Submitting Reels:
1. The contestants can submit one or more reels in portrait-mode, MP4 video, with a maximum
duration of 60 seconds strictly restricted to the theme and given subjects under the theme only.
2. The reel must be submitted in Hindi, English or Rajasthani. The uses of dialects spoken in the
RUIDP towns of Rajasthan are permissible with subtitles in Hindi.
3. The reel should not depict any horror, conflicts and harm to any living objects and should not
use any offensive words or derogatory content/inappropriate slur.
4. The organizers shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or could not
be submitted due to any issue/error, technical or otherwise, which is beyond the organizer’s
reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the
same.
5. RUIDP reserves the right to assess and disregard any submitted reels at its discretion without
giving any explanation.
Terms and Conditions for participating in the contest:
• The contest starts on 12th February, 2025 and closes on midnight of 28th February, 2025.
• Submission will not be accepted once the deadline lapses
• The participants must be citizen of India, residing in India and over 18 years of age.
• All the winners of the competition will be announced on the social media/ Website of the
RUIDP.
• RUIDP reserves copyright of all the photographs and reels submitted.
• All the participants will receive E-certificates for their participation in the contest.
• Employees, consultants and Contractors’ Firms under the projects of RUIDP and their family
members cannot participate in this contest.
• The photographs or reels submitted in the contest should be original work and unpublished or
not broadcasted anywhere. Otherwise, the entries will not be considered in the contest.
• The photographs or reels should not contain any disputed material and must not contain words
that identifies with or is demeaning to any religion, sect, race, caste and with any religious or
social identity.
• RUIDP reserves all rights of ownership related to the use of submitted photographs or reels, in
parts or as whole, including the copyright of the photographs or reels submitted in the contest.
• The RUIDP reserves the right to use the submitted material in external communications and
knowledge products, with or without giving credit to the creator.
• By participating in the competition, the participants and winners agree to their names and
submissions to be used for publicity and promotional purposes related to the competition.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify or discontinue the contest at any time due to
unforeseen events. This includes the ability to change these terms and conditions.
• RUIDP’s decision on the contest shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be
entertained regarding the same.
• Participants must comply with all rules and regulations of the competition, which may be
updated from time to time.
• Participants need to have a regular check of the website for all the updates.
• In case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction will be Jaipur city, Jaipur only.
