We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.

The ideal
candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI to create impactful data-
driven solutions. A strong analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and a passion for problem-
solving are essential. Knowledge of statistics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Power BI Dashboard Development

o Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI based on


functional requirements within defined timelines.

o Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of data visualizations to support decision-


making.

2. Data Extraction and Transformation

o Extract data from diverse sources such as AWS RDS, Salesforce, Kibana, and
other systems.

o Perform ETL processes and ensure data quality for analysis.

3. Data Analysis and Insights

o Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

o Assist in creating predictive models and statistical analyses using Python.

4. Ad-hoc Reporting

o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ad-hoc reporting needs and deliver


timely, customized solutions.

5. Data Cleaning and Validation

o Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure consistency and


reliability.

6. Collaboration and Documentation

o Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide


data-driven solutions.

o Document processes, workflows, and methodologies for transparency and


reproducibility.

7. Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

o Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and techniques in data analytics and
visualization.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

 Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.

 Strong critical thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

 Familiarity with statistical methods and tools is a plus.

 Knowledge of data handling from systems like AWS RDS, Salesforce, or Kibana is
preferred.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

 Exposure to other BI tools or programming languages like R or Tableau.

 Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and APIs for data extraction.

 Basic understanding of machine learning techniques is a bonus.
