LAPTOP CONFIGURATION
Step 1: Once you received Laptop, Complete the following steps
Connect your laptop adapter in an appropriate power socket and Power
“ON” your laptop.
When you see this option
Note: Sometimes another User ID will also show, so click other user to login using
your credentials, Ensure WIFI or Ethernet is connected
Your EID (Accenture email) and password is shared to your email (please check your
inbox). If you have not received this mail, you can reach out to
campusconnects@accenture.com
Note: You will be asked to change password, Kindly set a new password using
(Upper ,Lower number and Symbol), Once credentials entered please wait for
5min to initial login.
Step 2 : (After Login)
Once logged in, you will get “BitLocker Enablement Tool” pop-up - Do
provide Numeric minimum 9 Characters (If you didn’t receive please wait
for few minutes, pop will come).
Type your Pin - Click to “Set Pin” - you can see “Success” notification - When
start/restart your system, must provide this BitLocker PIN to start your
Laptop.
In case you get the error pop notification instead of “Success” please
connect with internet for 24 hours and restart your machine and then
pop will come for set the pin
Step 3: (2 – Step Authentication enrollment)
Once you completed BitLocker, Open your “Microsoft Edge Browser.”
Kindly navigate to “https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info”
Register for Azure MFA (Cloud), Please choose an option to register by
clicking Add Method –
Note : Make sure Microsoft Authenticator is installed on your device
(Phone or Tablet)
Download your Application from the App from Google Play Store or iOS App
Store
To Enroll on 2-Step Authentication
1. Open Authenticator App on Mobile.
2. Click Add Account -Select “Work or School account” and sign in with
your Accenture mail ID and password.
3. Select “Scan a QR Code” Option (QR code will be available on laptop screen
post signing in to Work/ School account).
4. Scan the QR code at your laptop screen.
5. Authenticator App will be configured in mobile.
6. Select “Next” on system browser from laptop.
7. Approval request will be sent to application installed on mobile, Approve
the prompt from Microsoft Authenticator App.
8. Finish the registration.
Step 4: HFB Enrollment
Once completed 2-Step authentication, you will see a “Hello for
Business” Software popup
Click “Enroll Now”
Once you seen this page Select the CHECK Box and click “Next”
After completing the above mentioned process you will receive a pop-up ,
If don’t , wait for couple of minutes for the pop-up
Click “Skip for now” later you can setup the face and finger lock.
Once you got this page setup a new “Pin” (Minimum 8 Characters) and
click OK.
Step 5: Microsoft Teams Setup
Once completed Windows hello for business, “Microsoft Teams” will
be automatically pop-up on your screen, Kindly login with your
Accenture credentials
If Teams is not automatically popped wait for 1-2 minutes for the window
to appear
Your Accenture Email will be automatically showed on the Teams

Once you seen this page click your email address then it will automatically log in
Step 6: Outlook Setup
Search Outlook in the windows search.
Start - Launch Outlook on your laptop and to refer below screenshot.
Once Outlook opened Click on “Connect” to connect with
Outlook Server
Once your Outlook added you will see the above screenshot
Click Done
Step 7: Onedrive Setup
Once you completed the above process open OneDrive
Open your This PC or Press ( □ + E) to open Explorer.
Once Your Explorer opened Follow the steps mentioned Below
