Sub: Declaration under “The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Information Act,
2006 (MSME Act)

We hereby confirm that we have gone through the provisions of the “MSME Act” and declare that:

1. Our udertaking undertaking is engaged in the manufacture or production of goods of any


manner and is Registered as SSI unit with the Directorate of Industries and Commerce. We
have enclosed copy of the Certificate in this regard.

2. Classification of enterprises pursuant to the provisions of section 7 of the MSME Act. Please
tick whichever is applicable:

2.3. While calculating the above investment in Plant and Machinery, cost of pollution control
equipment, research and development industrial safety devices and such other items as may
be specified, by notification have been excluded.

3. Where based on the investment stated in point no. 2 above and provisions of section 7(1)(a) of
the MSME Act our undertaking falls under the category of:

filed/ we have not yet filed the necessary memorandum with such authorities as may be

5. Where we have not filed the necessary memorandum, we will be filing the same
