good morning and welcome to the Traditional Monday Flag Raising
and Awaring Ceremony here at Quezon PPO.

 To start with, please all rise and sing with honor and pride the
Philippine National Anthem.

 Please remain standing for the Invocation, to be led by our


Provincial Values Coach, Pastor Ramel H. Porto.

 For the mass recital of Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat ng


Pilipinas, Police Officer's Pledge, and Bagong Pilipinas Pledge to be
led by POLICE MAJOR ALICE Y ATIENZA, Chief, WCPD

 May I call on our Deputy Provincial Director for Administration


POLICE LIEUTENANT COLONEL JEZREEL L CALDERON, for the
welcome remarks. (Thank you Sir)

 For the Awarding of Personnel. May I call on our Acting Chief


PARMU, POLICE MAJOR MARCELITO P PLATINO, Sir. May I
request our Provincial Director and Guest for the giving of
certificates to our awardees (Thank you, Sir and Congratulations to
all awardee!

 At this point, for the Introduction of our Guest of Honor and Speaker,
may I call on our Provincial Director, POLICE COLONEL RUBEN B
LACUESTA, Sir

 Inspirational Message from GOHAS (Thank you Sir)

 May I request our PD, DA, and DO for the presentation of Certificate
of Appreciation and Token to our Guest of Honor and Speaker
(citation reads, CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION IS AWARDED
TO ATTY ROBERT T LAVIÑA in grateful appreciation and
recognition for his exemplary performance and devotion as Guest
Speaker in relation to 2025 National Women’s Month Celebration
with the theme: “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa
bagong Pilipinas” on March 24, 2025 held at Covered Court,
Quezon PPO Headquarters, Camp BGen Guillermo P Nakar,
Lucena City. Given this 24th day of March 2025 in Lucena City.
