Drinking Game

The Players Drink When:


• They roll a 1 on a d20 roll
• They initiate combat or a chase
• Their character downgrades their Sobriety Die

The Players Take a Shot or Finish Their


Drinks When:
• They start a session
• Their character arrives at a new pub for the first time
• Their character is knocked unconscious or dies

The Referee Drinks When:


• They roll a 1 on a d20 roll
• A significant NPC is knocked unconscious or dies

The Referee Takes a Shot or Finishes Their


Drink When:
• An NPC initiates combat or a chase
• They wrap up a session

Rules for Everyone


• Know your limits; you can stop drinking at any time
• Do not drink on an empty stomach; eat some carbs
• Hydrate between drinks with a big glass of water
• Plan rides home ahead of time if playing in person
• Do not pressure anyone to drink or keep drinking; respect
everyone’s choices and look out for others
Cocktails on the
Borderlands
Cava of Chaos
Ingredients:
100 ml (4 oz) cava
25 ml (1 oz) orange liqueur
75 ml (3 oz) blood orange juice
Drop of orange bitters
Twist of blood orange peel, to garnish

Method:
Shake the ingredients with ice cubes
and strain into a chilled champagne
flute, garnish with blood orange peel.

Djinn Fizz
Ingredients:
75 ml (3 oz) arak (or ouzo)
15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
15 ml (1 tbsp) simple syrup
1 egg white
50 ml (2 oz) club soda
15 ml (1 tbsp) ground sumac

Method:
Shake the arak, lemon juice, simple
syrup and egg white for 15 seconds,
then add ice cubes and shake until
chilled. Double-strain into a chilled
glass, top with club soda and sprinkle
with ground sumac.

The Excellent Prismatic Spritz


Ingredients:
50 ml (2 oz) violet liqueur
25 ml (1 oz) elderflower liqueur
15 ml (1 tbsp) gin
75 ml (3 oz) prosecco
25 ml (1 oz) sparkling water
A piece of candied ginger
A raspberry

Method:
Shake the violet liqueur, elderflower
liqueur, gin and prosecco with ice
cubes and strain into a glass, top with
sparkling water and garnish with the
ginger and raspberry.
