Presentation Script: Login & Create Account System

Introduction:
"Good [morning/afternoon/evening] everyone! Today, I’ll be presenting the Login and Create Account
System of our Teacher’s Payroll System. This system ensures that employees can securely create
accounts and log in to access their payroll details. Let’s go through each feature step by step."

Part 1: Create Account Feature

(Step 1: Introduction) "The first feature we’ll discuss is the Create Account function. This allows a new
employee to register in our system by entering their personal information."
(Step 2: Demonstration - Entering Details)
"Here, the user enters their details like Name, Employee Number, Birthdate, Gender, Email, Phone
Number, and Identification Numbers (Pag-IBIG, BIR, SSS)."
"They also set a password, which they will use for logging in."
(Step 3: Password Validation) "One important security feature we’ve implemented is password
validation. The system ensures that the ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields match before allowing
the user to proceed. If they don’t match, an error message appears, preventing accidental mistakes."
(Show an example where the passwords don’t match and the system gives an error message.)
(Step 4: Saving Data to the Database) "Once the user enters all details correctly, our system securely
stores this information in our MySQL database. Let’s click the ‘Create Account’ button."
(Click the button and show a success message.)
"As you can see, a confirmation message appears saying ‘Account Created Successfully!’ This means the
user is now registered and can log in."

Part 2: Login Feature

(Step 1: Introduction) "Now that we have created an account, let’s move on to the Login feature. This
ensures that only registered users can access the payroll system."
(Step 2: Demonstration - Entering Credentials)
"To log in, the employee must enter their Employee Number and Password."
(Enter correct credentials and click ‘Login’.)
(Step 3: Successful Login Process) "If the details are correct, the system verifies them in the database
and allows the user to log in. A success message appears, and the user is redirected to their dashboard."
(Show the successful login message.)
(Step 4: Handling Incorrect Credentials) "But what if the user enters the wrong password or an
unregistered employee number? Our system prevents unauthorized access by displaying an error
message."
(Enter incorrect details and show the error message.)

"And that’s how the login and account creation works. Now, Jericho will take us through the next part
of the system."

J : INTRODUCTION Good day, everyone. Welcome to the Database Management System presentation
for the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) students. Today, we will be showcasing the
projects developed as part of our coursework, demonstrating the knowledge and skills we have gained
in database management.

S-PRAYER Before we begin, let us take a moment to reflect and seek guidance. We invite [Name of
person leading the prayer] to lead us in a short prayer.

J- INTRODUCTION OF PROFESSORS & PANELISTS We would like to take this opportunity to

acknowledge the presence of our esteemed faculty and panelists. Joining us today is our professor,
Ma’am Emillie Latina, along with our panelists, Sir Ron Paculanan and Sir Allen Joel P. Lora. Thank you
for your time and for being here to assess our work.

S-TOKEN OF APPRECIATION As a token of our gratitude, we would like to present a small gesture of
appreciation to our professor and panelists. Your guidance has been invaluable in helping us navigate
our academic journey.

J-SYSTEM SHOWCASE We will now proceed to the main part of today’s event—the presentation of
systems created by the BSCS students. These projects are the result of months of effort, research, and
collaboration. We hope to demonstrate not only technical skills but also practical applications that could
be useful in real-world scenarios.

GROUP PRESENTATIONS We will now call on each group to present their system. Each team will provide
an overview of their project, discuss its features, and showcase its functionality. [Start calling groups
one by one for their presentations.]

S-CLOSING REMARKS As we conclude today’s session, we extend our gratitude once again to our
professors, panelists, and everyone who contributed to making this presentation possible. Thank you for
your time and valuable feedback. We hope this experience has been insightful and meaningful for
everyone involved.

That concludes our presentation. Thank you, and have a great day.
