Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Programmer to develop, implement, and maintain
custom SAP applications using Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP). The
ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, coding, testing, and debugging
SAP modules, ensuring that they meet the specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, code, and test SAP ABAP programs based on user requirements and
business process designs.

● Perform analysis and enhancement of SAP modules, focusing on SAP ECC,


S/4HANA, and other relevant SAP products.

● Work closely with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them
into technical specifications.

● Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, extensions, forms, and workflows
(RICEF) using ABAP.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP modules.

● Optimize code performance and ensure adherence to SAP coding standards.

● Integrate SAP applications with third-party systems and external applications via
RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and Web Services.

● Perform unit and integration testing to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of ABAP
developments.

● Provide technical support and maintain documentation of all SAP-related


developments.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, end-users, and


SAP basis teams.

● Stay updated with new SAP technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming.

● Proficiency in ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, and ABAP Objects.

● Strong experience with RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements,


and Forms).

● In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO, HCM, etc.

● Experience in SAP development using IDocs, BAPI, RFCs, BDCs, and ALE.

● Understanding of SAP enhancement techniques (User Exits, BADI, Enhancement


Points).

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team
environment.

● Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori development is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

● SAP certification in ABAP or related modules.

● Experience with SAP HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, or OData services.

● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
