Governance Lecture

1. Reference: Memorandum from D, CPSM with subject Participants for the
conduct of 86th Police Leadership and Good Governance Lecture Series titled
“Comprehensive Orientation on the Provisions and Implementation of Republic Act
No. 11032” dated March 17, 2025.
2. The Center for Police Strategy Management in collaboration with the Anti-
Red Tape Authority (ARTA), will host a hybrid lecture titled “Comprehensive
Orientation on the Provisions and Implementation of RA No. 11032” as the 86 th Police
Leadership and Good Governance Lecture Series. The event is scheduled on March
26 to 27, 2025 (Wednesday and Thursday) 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Hinirang
Conference Room, Camp Sgt. Quintin M Merecido, Buhangin, Davao City.
Secretary Ernesto V. Perez, Director General, ARTA will serve as the Guest of Honor
and Speaker (GOHS). This lecture aims to equip PNP personnel with the necessary
knowledge and skills to implement the law effectively, uphold transparency, and foster
efficient service delivery.
3. Relative thereto, the following offices are tasked as indicated.
a. The Chief of Regional Staff and R-Staff are requested to attend the said
activity.
a. Tasks.
1) RPSMU
a) OPR of the activity;
b) Invite one member of the RAGPTD to join via online platform; and

c) Perform other tasks as directed.
2) RCD
a. Provide fund in the amount of Twelve Thousand Six Hundred
Pesos (PhP 12,600.00) as indicated below; and
2-day AM and PM Snacks (21 pax x PhP 75.00) PhP 6,300.00

a) Advise the Members of the TWG on PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030
and Chief, PSMU to attend the said activity via online;
b) Advise PSMU in your respective stations to attend the said activity
via online;
c) Invite 1 member of the AGTPD to join the said activity; and
