identified.
Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes- Mild.
On immunohistochemistry, p63 highlights loss of myopeithelial cells.
ER: Positive(50% of cells show nuclear staining of intermediate intensity, Allred score 6/8).
PR: Negative(External control is positive).
HER2: Positive(Score 3+).
