Federal Lawyer to represent you throughout a transparent step-by-step process. Please note that this representation without a POA is
applicable exclusively to foreigners. The complaint must include the following information:

• Accurate and precise testimony of your experience.

• Accompanied by all substantiated evidence.

• If possible, with the names of companies and individuals who had contact withyou during the relevant
transactions.

PROCESSING A COMPLAINT Our multifaceted approach is aimed at ensuring fair and equitable resolution for users of financial products and
services:

Assistance: We engage in negotiations with financial institutions to promptly address users' concerns. In cases
where the user remains dissatisfied with the response received, we offer guidance on initiating a formal complaint by
signing an authorization form and submitting substantiated evidence to corroborate financial discrepancies.

Conciliation: Commencing with the filing of a complaint, both the user and the financial institution are summoned to a Conciliatory Hearing,
facilitating the pursuit of an amicable resolution. In instances where an agreement proves elusive, both parties may opt to designate a third-party
mediator. If the financial institution rebuffs this third-party option, the user retains the right to seek judicial recourse.

Arbitrage: In cases where both parties consent to mediation, we assume the role of adjudicator to determine the merits of the dispute. Should
the user's position be deemed correct, the financial institution is accorded a 10-day time-frame within which to adhere to the resolution. Failure to
comply with the agreement prompts us to take requisite legal actions to compel the institution's compliance.

Following these guidelines will facilitate a thorough and efficient handling of your complaint.
