Constitution and Constitutionalism

The Constitution is the supreme law of independent India. It is the world's longest
autobiography withsentences. The association started this dangerous project in
New Delhi in December 4446 and built it in less than three years. He identified the
three main roles of government (executive, legislative, and judicial) that define the
government's responsibilities, limit its powers, determine and how to control them.
After India was partitioned, the 299-member Constituent Assembly debated and
unanimously decided every article of the constitution. After that Dr. Rajendra
Prasad was elected President. Doctorate BR Ambedkar presided over the task force
that drafted the Constitution of India, which gave broad and powerful
responsibilities in governing and governing the country, including the particular
social, cultural and religious diversity.Constitutionalism is the view that a country's
constitution or constitution governs the territory of the leader. The ruling party has
now benefited from the ruling in the ADM Jabalpur case. Do not accept the idea
that the king cannot make mistakes, when the order is established and we are
subject to kings and kings. All this had an impact on the design and
implementation of the Constitution. In the broadest sense, the effort to end the rule
of law is called legislation.

In democracies, the judiciary should be independent. A previous law protecting the

administration of justice in India would have been considered illegal and
unconstitutional until. In a case involving the Manipal family, the attorney
instructed users to create stories to win the appeal within 15 minutes. Today, this is
popular in India. To protect them while allowing special forces to operate
independently, operations are isolated. This legal concept is called full. It is the
government's responsibility to consider that the law holding the government's
powers should be limited to and to uphold these restrictions. The Constitution is a
written document that sets out moral and legal principles that set the powers and
limits of the government. Law means the system designed to protect the rights and
dignity of the people in the country.Although law and justice are two terms used
interchangeably, they are different from each other. Law is the instrument of
justice. It is unfair to delay justice for all citizens. The Government of India has an
executive, legislative and judicial system that protects the fundamental rights of
citizens. It's not until a few cases make sense for the blind to believe the
government can be wrong. In the ADM Jabalpur case, the decision was in favor of
the management team at the time. Before the advent of justice, in our imperial age,
it was not ideal that the emperor could not make mistakes. All these were effective
in the making of the Constitution and were included in the Constitution. The idea
of the supremacy of the state and the right to seize land from the owner by paying
compensation has been influenced by Western culture. Before independence, even
the king was put on trial if found guilty. In the Keshava Bharati case, the court
created a conflict between the public and the judiciary. The Emergency was one of
the darkest periods in Indian history. According to Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's
declaration of a state of emergency, anyone can be tried and if they are executed
the court will not be considered as the Supreme Court's declaration. The local
village council talks about how they get the criminals justice. They are also
spiritual.

In western countries where life is more intense, India has always been full of
conflicts and emotions. The world believes that life as a promise is actually more
meaningful. Not every citizen in India has money to go to court. Supreme Court
lawyers cannot appeal the final decision elsewhere, often costly. A good example
of this is the Manipal family dispute, where the lawyer trains his client to make
false statements, thereby ending the case in fifteen minutes. It happened in India
today. Palamedu in Madurai - When a community wanted to set up a dairy owned
by others, they helped them set up their own factory rather than trying to prove
their dominance. This shows that they are helping each other which is good for the
whole village. Their factories have been completed for 60 years and they can show
their management, but they are using the time in a useful way and helping all the
neighboring villages.
A Chinese emperor talked about respect for the elders and said that respecting the
elders is more important than respecting the king, because the king will change one
day, but the values they exalt are important.Information about family members is
being filed today and it is not at all true. Everything in the family should be
emotionally connected. Panchayats in villages would forbid or forbid marriages for
people of different gotras. When this matter was brought to the court, they decided
that it is not a law since 2 people belonging to the same gotra cannot get married
and two important people (18+) can get married without an orphan. . Marrying
from the same gotras is considered unfair as it means marrying a brother or
sister. This is a tradition followed by Hinduism.

The Constitution of India is a fundamental document that outlines the framework

of Indian governance and democracy. Constitutionalism refers to adherence to the
principles of the constitution and the rule of law. Therefore, it is necessary to
adhere to these values and ensure that they remain current even in the present. One
of the challenges of constitutionalism is that the interpretation of the constitution
can be subjective and its meaning can be distorted or manipulated for political
purposes. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that the original intent of the
Constitution is preserved and that it is interpreted and applied in a way that
supports its values and principles. Overall, the topic of “Constitution and
Constitutionalism” is essential for any democratic society and it is necessary to
conduct discussions and reflections on how to preserve the integrity and relevance
of the Constitution in the face of evolving political, social and economic
circumstances.
