WHAT IS TO BE STUDIED IN A PROJECT-


The project taken for the study has to be related to a digital organization or business. It can also
be a comparison study of many organizations. Students will carry out an intensive study on a
topic, exploring the subject in detail, gather information and explain the same. The project will
be descriptive with existing systems/ prevailing conditions of the topic under Research. In the
end the students will add their conclusions and recommendations.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES WHILE WRITING THE PROJECT REPORT-

1) Follow all the structure of report as explained by your guide.


2) Students will get the topic duly allotted by the guide.
3) Attendance is compulsory for all consultation classes.
4) It is mandatory to include references, bibliography of all the literature like Books ,web
articles, Newspapers studied.
5) The report should be minimum of 50 pages.
6) The students should submit 2 sets of hard bound copy of project report to the department.
7) Title Page should contain Full name of student, Semester Number, ID number, Name
of Organization studied, Academic year, Academic Institution, Name of Guide.
8) Report must be typed in the Font Size 12pt, Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing line A4 size
paper and Printed on both the size of paper.
9) Medium of writing should be simple and good English should be used while writing the
report.
10) The report should contain certificate from the guide and declaration by student.

As part of the curriculum, students are required to take up summer internship during semester break
after IV semester and prepare a project report and submit it to the Research Supervisor allotted by the
announced deadline for the successful completion of BBA Vth semester.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

* The student is required to undergo a 4 weeks summer internship in an organization of repute.


* The objective of summer internship is that the student can understand industry procedures and
practices and to develop their analytical skills.
* The student will be allocated a Research Guide from the department who will assist the
student in this process.
* The student will be making a Summer Internship Project Report which will contain:
- Industry Report
- Company Report
- Subject matter related to study
- Methodology
- Analysis and Findings
- Conclusions and Recommendations
- Bibliography
* The student will also attach documents as annexures to substantiate the report.
* A xerox of Internship Completion Certificate will be attached to the report and Original will
be shown at the time of Viva Voce.
* The student will attach a signed declaration vouching for the originality of the Project.
* There will be a Viva Voce in which the students will have to answer questions based on the
information and data presented by them in the sixth semester on the same.
* The structure and format of the report will be advised by Research Guide.
