X and XII Examinations 2024- 25

Dear Students
At the onset, I would like to exten d my heart felt best
wishes to each one of you who will be
appearing for the Board Exams very soon. You have
worke d hard throu ghout the year,
prepa ring yours elf with dedic ation and zeal and now
is the time to put your effort s into
practice.
So here are some tips for you to ace the upcom ing
Board Exam inatio ns:
• Believe in yours elf and keep an optim istic minds et.
• Prepare effect ively with a metic ulous study plan.
Solve maxim um sample papers.
• Priorit ise with high-w eighta ge chapt ers and impor
tant topics .
• Pay special atten tion to in-tex t and exercise quest
ions of the NCERT.
• Impro ve speed and accuracy with subje ctive practi
ce. Set a timer every time you
practi ce a quest ion or take a mock test.
• Eat well, keep yours elf hydra ted and sleep well.
• Carry your own statio nery, School Ident ity Card
and Admi t Card issued by the Board .
Entry is not allow ed witho ut the Admi t Card and
School Ident ity Card.
• Reach the allotte d exam inatio n cente r by 9:30 a.m;
atleas t 30 minut es prior to the
entry time. Entry to exam inatio n cente r would close
at 10 am, no stude nt under any
circum stanc es would be allowe d to enter the exam
inatio n hall after 10 am.
• Stude nts must wear their school unifor m to the exam
inatio n cente r and look
prese ntable .
Use the initial 15 minut es of Reading Time to go throug
h the quest ion paper and fill
the inform ation on the answe r sheet carefu lly.
• Read the instru ctions on the Quest ion Paper carefu
lly befor e attem pting the
quest ions. Attem pt the paper neatly , concisely and
in the seque ntial order .
• Attem pt all quest ions and do not leave any quest
ion undon e even if you are not sure
of the answe r.
• Comp lete the paper timely and ensure to revise your
answe rs befor e subm itting your
answe r sheets.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CBSE EXAMINATION (2024;..25)·
Dear Students (Class X & XII)
Kindly note the following instructions printed on the CBSE Admit Card. The same must be
strictly complied with :-
INSTRUCTIONS STATED IN ADMIT CARD:-
1. Students must follow the instructions given by invigilators especially for writing Roll
Number in their Answer Book.'
2. Students should not indulge in any unfair practice. If found doing so , they will be booked
under unfair means (UFM) activity and action will be taken as per the rules of the Board.
3. Students should not believe in fake videos and messages uploaded on social media neither
should spread the rumours about the same.
4. Students should carry only Blue/Royal Blue ballpoint/Gel/Fount ain Pen, Pencil, Eraser,
Scale, Sharpener, Geometry Instruments, Colours, Brushes, Admit Card & Identity-Card of the
School etc. in a transparent pouch.
5. MOBILE, ChatGPT & OTHER ELECTRONIC ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED
INSIDE THE EXAMINATION CENTRE.
6. In case the student finds any ambiguity in the question paper, the same will be addressed by
the CBSE as per its policy.
7 .Students must mention correct Question Paper Set in Answer Book and Attendance Sheet.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :-
Kindly note the following instructions to be followed on the day of the CBSE Examination
(2024-25).
1) Students must report to the centre (Ahlcon International School, Mayur Vihar Ph-1.)
by 9:30 am in Proper School Uniform with hair neatly tied.
2) Students must get their attendance marked by the teachers on duty at the centre.
3) Students should carry their original Admit Cards and School Identity Card of their
respective class.
4) Seats will be allocated to each student based on their Roll Number.
5) Entry is not permitted after 10:00 am. No candidate shall be allowed thereafter.
6) The examination would begin at 10:30 am sharp and no student would be allowed to leave
the premises till the same ends.
7) Students must visit the examination centre atleast one day prior to the date of
examination so that they can reach on time during the examination days.
8) Students should leave for the examination centre keeping in view weather conditions traffic
. . etc.

9) Students must read and adhere to the important instructions given in the Admit Card.
10) Students must read the amended rules for unfair practices. The school shall not be
held responsible for such negligence on part of the students and they will be
responsible for any misconduct or if the exam protocol is not followed.
11) Carrying of mobiles, bags, eatables or any electronic device and wearing any kind of
jewellery like fancy earrings, nose pins, anklets, bracelets, rings, and necklaces to the
examination centre is strictly prohibited.
