Machine Description :-
(1) Motor Drives: -
A.C. Synchronous variable speed motor Inverter drive with Digital feedback from Encoder for speed,
and position that is controlled by the controller.
The Intelligent Processor that does all the Arithmetical Calculation of speed, Diameters, controls the
drives. During unwinding operation, the motor supplies the power to winding motor thus saves
more energy. Connected power 30 HP for main motor.
(2) Tension Control System: -
Tension can be set from 0 to 50 Kg. on the fabric web. The unique tension sensing device measures
from 0 to 50 Kg. tensions. The controller gives the feed back to our intelligent processor.
(3) Temperature Control: -
Digital Temperature Indicator Controller is provided for controlling the Bath Temperature.
(4) Parameters: -
There are three sets of parameters, one is operator parameter & second is System Parameter.
Third is True Value Parameter. The Operator Parameters are only required to be fed by the operator
& these mainly consist of Fabric thickness, feeding speed, running speed, number of cycles, sample
interval. System Parameters are set initially while commissioning the machine & are not at all
required to be changed by operator. These parameters defined the Acceleration,
Deceleration, speed limits, control pattern of the speeds, response time for change in the set
Tension correction. The third set defines the actual values of all the data is desired to be viewed. All
parameters are displayed on the H M I (Touch Screen).
(5) Speed Setting: -
Any require speed up to 100 mtr/min can be set individually for Fabric feeding, cycle running speed
& unloading speed. At any given time, the speed will be constant.
(6) Trough: -
S.S. 316L Trough Bottom with the Maximum capacity of 2100 liters. However, minimum capacity is
approx. 900 liters with “German” Make Pressure Level Sensor control by PLC.
(7) Main Wall: -
Machine main wall made out from Heavy Duty Mild Steel Heavy Gauge.
(8) Heating: -
Direct steam coil through a perforated pipe & Double path Indirect Heating Coils (S.S.316) for the
bath to maintain the Temperature
(9) Circulation Pump: -
Circulation 2 H.P. pump with filter ensure the even process, keeps the lint out of the bath. The dye
liquor will be circulated through the center perforated pipes which are provided on the both side of
the trough and are two no.
( 10 ) Roof & Doors: -
Multiple coils on the roof of the hood. Slanting roof eliminates the condensation of the vapors.
Pneumatically operated doors with proper gasket ensure the smooth opening & closing of the
doors. The sight windows are located on both the doors. Proper safety arrangement is ensure while
operating the doors & the doors with pneumatic locks to avoid the undesired door closure during
the operation. Toughened glasses are used for the sight window.
( 11 ) 1 no. Service Tank For Auto Dosing: -
250 Ltr. capacity service tank of S.S.316 with stirrer, drain & water lines is provided to pre –
mixing the Chemical for injecting to the trough with “German” Make Pressure Level Sensor
manual Dosing.
( 12 ) Big Batching Device for Loading of the Fabrics.
( 13 ) Pneumatic Cylinder for Batching & Door Janatics/SPAC makes.
