YOU SYSTEMATICALLY IDENTIFY AND FIX NETWORK
PROBLEMS. HERE'S THE STEP-BY-STEP APPROACH:
IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM
→ GATHER INFO FROM USERS
→ CHECK ERROR MESSAGES, LOGS, LED LIGHTS
→ TRY TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
ESTABLISH A THEORY OF PROBABLE CAUSE
