is redefining user engagement across multiple domains, particularly with the growing capabilities of mobile
devices.

The emergence of powerful mobile processors, high-resolution displays, and advanced sensors like LiDAR,
accelerometers, and depth cameras has enabled smartphones to handle demanding XR applications. With
5G technology significantly reducing latency and increasing bandwidth, mobile XR is now more viable and
responsive, offering real-time interaction and high-quality visuals even on compact devices. These
technological enablers are fueling the adoption of XR across sectors such as education, healthcare, gaming,
retail, and industrial design.

In educational settings, XR provides students with immersive learning environments, allowing them to

1.3. Evolution

spatial awareness and interaction. With 5G, mobile devices become powerful XR platforms capable of
supporting applications in education, healthcare, industry, and entertainment.

As mobile technology continues to evolve, so too does XR, with the next frontier involving AI integration,
