EVENT PROPOSAL
Event Details
Event Title Easter Virtual Scavenger Hunt.
Venue Online via Zoom or Google Meet.
Duration 1 Hour Maximum.
Event Date & Time April 18th 2025, at 1:30pm.
Target Audience Open for everyone, including friends, families and others who
can both enjoy and celebrate the Easter Holiday, virtually as one.
Purpose To organize an exciting and fun interaction day among each
other in a virtual setting.
EVENT SUMMARY
Easter Virtual Scavenger Hunt is a fun and exciting virtual family day game, specifically
designed for families, friends and children of all ages in celebration of the Easter Holiday.
Participants are required to search for miscellaneous items, be involved in constructive
challenges and compete in friendly matches, virtually in the comfort of their homes. This fun
activity would be held on April 18th 2025, at 1:30pm via Zoom or Google Meet Platform.

KEY OBJECTIVES
To prepare a creative adventure with fun excitements and engaging activities that provide
families, friends and children all over the region, a comfortable and effective day despite
their locations.
To efficiently promote socialization and friendly relations through a dynamic virtual
game.
Lastly to uplift inspirations which would assist with the creation of the mind to develop
that critical thinking atmosphere through the required tasks and objectives available.
SEQUENCE OF EVENT
Duration: 1 Hour
10 minutes Introduction- To welcome, present the event, clarify the rules and to assign
participants into groups.
40 minutes Easter Virtual Scavenger Hunt- Instructions: The following groups will
search for colorful or special items (home based) and partake in various challenges, can
be both individually or as groups. The participants would be given specific instructions
and clues by the instructor of the even. Finally, all participants cameras must remain on at
all times and reveal their discovers.
5 minutes For Final Activity and 5 minutes To Declare the Winner- Finalize points
for all activities, creativity and effective teamwork in each group. Then announce the
winners for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place from the participating groups.

GAME RULES AND REGULATIONS
Time Frame- All participants are required to search and find all items (home-based) and
finish all necessary tasks for exactly (1) hour.
Task Specifications- Only clearly seen items from home-based settings are allowed,
with creativity and critical thinking.
Evaluation Standards- Points would be assigned based on time efficiency.
Engage In Fair Play- Honesty is the best policy, fair play is equal to honesty and
integrity. Play fair and reap the reward with hard work.
PRICES AND INCENTIVES
The Winning Teams Can Received- Gift Cards from $25-$50 for online platforms or
well-known stores, Digital Awards including E-certificates and Customized Awards,
Acknowledgment including special mentions on social media platforms or newsletters.
Extra Rewards Can Include- Mid-Game Rewards, Bonus Rounds and Price Delivery
which would only be digitally based.
CONCLUSION
This event explains the objectives to facilitate virtual connections, while enjoying the
easter celebration together as one.
It focuses on the enjoyment of easter activities and tasks completion virtually.

have fun within the comfort of your home.
