Q:Tell us about your experience as a Project Manager

(everyday tasks) I worked for a branding and web developent agency (Chykalophia
[si-ka-lo-fia] i check and respond to email requests from our clients, checking
all our projects through a project management app, coordinate requests from cliets
to team of UX/UI designers and web developers. I manage our team members letting
them know about the agenda for the week, and remind them about tasks that needs to
be done, making sure we alwys meet our deadlines, i also hop in a call with clients
together with our creative directors to have a peek on whats inside a new project.

Q: Time when thre's a problem and you solved it

Most if the time, just our developers that wont be able to finish tasks on time and
is delaying the project, so I help them get motivated and finish it, I just
communicate with clients as its important to let them know what happened so they're
updated.

Q: Time when there's a problem with the team members

I had a experience that one of our developers slacking off with no proper
commuication with the team, we discussed on how I can help the work so we can
proceed with finishing our projects on time, we always provide
chances,unfortunately if it happens again, I have to mention it to our creative
directors so we can hire a new one, I also helped with the recruitment and
onboarding phase
