Please refer to above mentioned subject whereas a case of evasion of Goods
and Services Tax (GST) against a firm is being investigated at this office under
the provisions of the Central Goods & Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017 against
M/s Finalatix Technologies India Pvt Ltd (PAN: AAECF4363J ) and M/s
Talentflush Creations Pvt Ltd (PAN: AAECT2708B).

2. In this connection, it is requested to kindly furnish the bank accounts


along with their KYC and account statement duly certified for the period April
2018 to till date associated with PAN numbers AAECF4363J & AAECT2708B
maintained with your bank.

3. The aforesaid information required under Section 70 of the Central Goods


& Services Tax Act, 2017 may be sent to this office at the earliest (within 03
days) failing which legal action as per the provisions of the CGST Act, 2017 will
