How to access

Step 1: Click on the Google Drive link shared with you.
Step 2: After clicking, you will be redirected to the Google Drive containing
folders of various digital tools and support which are ready to use, as shown
below. Now, click on the folder you wish to access.
1. Interactive Classroom Learning (ICL)
Step 1: To access the ICL software, double-click on “ICL-Animation Software”
folder.
Step 2: Then, you will be able to see the ICL for each class, as shown below.
Step 3: Right-click on the set-up file of any book you wish to access, then click
on “Download”.
Step 4: The file will be downloaded into your system in .rar format. Right-
click on the file and select the option to the extract the set-up, as shown
below (Note: To extract the .rar file, make sure you have the WinRAR
software installed on your computer) . Click on WinRAR to Download.
Step 5: Now, open the extracted folder and double-click on Intro.exe
(Application) file to run the ICL.
2. Consolidate Your Learning (CYL)
To access the CYL software, double-click on “CYL-Quiz Software” folder.
Step 1: Now you be able to see a complete set-up file of CYL. Right-click on
the set-up and click on “Download” as shown below.
Step 2: It will be downloaded into your system in the .rar format. Right-click
on the file and select the option to the extract the set-up, as shown below
(Note: To extract the .rar file, make sure you have the WinRAR software
installed on your computer)
Step 3: Now, open the extracted folder then double-click on the “setup” file
to install it in your system.
Step 4: After successful installation, a shortcut icon of the series will appear
on the home screen of your system. Double-click on the icon to run the CYL.
3. Question Paper Generator (Kips QPG)
To access Kips QPG, double-click on “Question Paper Generator” folder.
Step 1: Now, you will be able to see a file showing a sign of “CLICK HERE”.
Click on that sign and you will be re-directed to the official website
(www.kipsqpg.com), as shown below.
Step 2: Now, click on “Register Now”. Fill in the required details and submit
your request. Upon submission, you will receive the credentials on your
registered email. If you already have the credentials, use them to log in.
4. AR App (Kips Interactive Books)
To access the AR App, double-click on “AR App” folder.
Step 1: Now, you will be able to see a file showing the QR Codes to scan and
download from Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS), as shown
below.
Step 2: Install the application in your tab/mobile phone.
5. Chapter Videos
You will be able to find the all the chapter videos of the corresponding series
which can be accessed through internet only to conduct your online classes.
6. eBook
Now, you will be able to see a file showing a sign of “CLICK HERE”. Click on
that sign. You will be re-directed to the official website (www.kips.in), as
shown below. Please sign up to get the eBook access.
7. Lesson Plan and Answer Key
Lesson Plan (for selected series only) and Answer Key are available in these
folders. Now, open each folder and you can find the relevant files which are
ready to be downloaded.
8. Open-source Software
Step 1: Click on the “Open-source software” folder to download the
required software.
Step 2: Now, you will be able to see a file showing a sign of “CLICK HERE”.
Please click on that sign and you will be re-directed to another Google
Drive folder with all open-source software which are ready to be
downloaded.
9. Kips YouTube Channel
Click on the “YouTube - Kips Learner’s Channel” folder to access the link.
Kips Learner’s Channel on YouTube contains various tutorials on all the latest
topics in Computer Science as shown below.
