2. JOB PURPOSE Describe the overall objective of the job and why the job exists.
This role is responsible for working with cross-functional teams in DMCC to:
▪ Use Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques to lead end-to-end business process reengineering initiatives
to improve process performance, customer experience, productivity, etc.
▪ Lead complex technology upgrade projects requiring the involvement of cross-functional teams in DMCC
and non-DMCC entities.
Typically, a Senior Executive – Process Reengineering will work with all DMCC Departments, Suppliers, Vendors,
External Government and Non-Government Entities depending on the engagement type.
Senior Executive – Process Reengineering must ensure.

▪ Ensure implemented changes are in the best interest of DMCC and DMCC customers.
▪ Ensure all relevant stakeholders are engaged in the appropriate phases of the change.

▪ Adapt to changing business needs and realign the team to the revised goals.

Experience : ▪ Overall, 5-6 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering, leading

Knowledge : ▪ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Mandatory)
▪ PMP or Prince 2 Certified (Mandatory)
