designed to enhance productivity and streamline task management for your team.
With integrated tools for tracking tasks, managing projects, and visualizing progress,
you'll find everything you need in one place.

Getting Started
1. Accessing the Excel File:
• Once you complete your purchase, the 8-in-1 Team Task Management System
Excel file will be sent directly and immediately to your email address.
2. Downloading the File:
• Download the file from your email.
• Open the file using Excel software.
Setup Instructions
1. Input Company Information:
• Open the Excel file.
• Navigate to the Dashboard tab and double-click the text boxes on the upper left
to enter your company information.
• For the logo, simply right click and select “Change picture”.
2. Configure Settings:
• Go to the Settings tab.
• Adjust lists as needed. This will automatically reflect on the dropdown lists on the
other tabs.
3. Initial Customization:
• Review each tab and customize the labels to fit your team’s needs.
• Some cells are protected to maintain the integrity of the formulas and structure.
Only edit the designated editable cells.

Tab Descriptions and Quick Instructions
1. Dashboard
Purpose:
Provides an overview of key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall task status.
Quick Instructions:
1. Select Month and Year: Begin by selecting the desired month and year on the
upper right of the screen to display the relevant data for that period.
2. Overview Display: This tab provides an at-a-glance overview of your team's
performance, KPIs, and task summaries.
3. Data Reflection: All data displayed in this tab is automatically summarized from the
other tabs in your tracker.
4. Setting Up Company Information: On the left part of the Dashboard, double-click
on the text boxes to enter your company's name, logo, tagline, and mission (or other
relevant information you want to display).
5. Automatic Updates: Once the company information is set, all other metrics and
displays on this tab will update automatically based on the input from the other tabs.

2. Tasks Board
Purpose:
Lists all tasks and their details, organized in a main table.
Quick Instructions:
1. Main Tasks Table: This is where the manager or team members list their tasks. It is
up to the team if only the manager will handle the task management system. Edit
only the Main Tasks Table.
2. Automatic Calculations: Please do not edit the smaller tables and charts on this
tab as they have automatic calculations.
3. Days Left Column: This column in the Main Tasks Table is automatic. Please do not
edit it.
4. Dropdown Lists: To customize dropdown options, go to the Settings tab.
5. Filtering Data: You can filter the data by using the filter function symbol beside
every column title.

3. Gantt Chart
Purpose:
Displays tasks over time with a progress bar and timeline.
Quick Instructions:
1. Timeline Overview: This tab displays the timeline for the team's tasks.
2. Independent Tasks Table: The Gantt Chart features its own tasks table on the left,
which is separate from the Tasks Board tab for greater flexibility. You may choose to
assign a different team member to manage this tab along with the Kanban Board and
Settings if needed.
3. Editing: Do not edit the timeline directly. To make changes, update the relevant
information in the tasks table on the left. No need to alter the progress bar, as it is
automated; only input the percentage on its left.
4. Date Today and Overall Progress: These small tables on the top are automatic.
5. Begin Tasks Date: Enter the date when you want the chart to start, and the chart
will automatically start on the Monday nearest to the Begin Tasks Date. 6. Display
Week Number: Input the number of the week you want the chart to reflect, starting
from the Begin Tasks Date. 7. Dropdown Lists: To customize dropdown options, go to
the Settings tab.

4. Kanban Board
Purpose:
Visual representation of tasks categorized by status (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Done).
Quick Instructions:
1. Kanban Board Overview: This tab automatically displays tasks sorted from the
Gantt Chart table, so no manual edits are required here.
2. Task Sorting: Tasks are organized according to their status, making it easy to track
progress at a glance.
3. Task Cards: Each card on the board presents key task details, including the task
description, assigned person, due date, progress percentage, task ID, priority level
color, and status.

5. Team Data Sheet
Purpose:
Contains team member information and task assignment details.
Quick Instructions:
1. Data Input: Fill in the team members' information directly into the sheet. Fields
are editable, so you can customize the table as needed.
2. Automatic Dropdown Update: Employee names listed here will automatically
reflect in the dropdown options on other tabs in the tracker (Person Assigned).
3. Adding Team Member Images: To insert a team member's image, right-click on
the gray placeholder image, select "Insert," then choose "Insert image in cell."
4. Dropdown Lists: To customize dropdown options, go to the Settings tab.
5. Adding More Team Members: If you need to add more team members, contact us
for customization options. Please note that additional customization is subject to
the availability of our technical team.

6. Meeting Archive
Purpose:
Archive for meeting notes and minutes.
Quick Instructions:
1. Editable Content: All fields in this tab are editable, allowing you to customize each
meeting sheet as needed.
2. Duplicating Sheets: To duplicate a meeting sheet, simply highlight the desired
section, copy it, and paste it into the cells below.
3. Dropdown Lists: To customize dropdown options, refer to the Settings tab.
7. Employee Tab
Purpose:
Allows individual team members to manage their own tasks and view task
summaries.
Quick Instructions:
1. Personal Task Tracker: The Employee Tab 1 is designed as a personal task tracker
for each employee to help them stay organized.
2. Duplication: You can duplicate this tab or create a separate file that includes just
this tab and the Settings tab for individual use.
3. Customization: Each employee can have their own personal task tracker using this
tab, which they can customize according to their needs.

8. Settings
Purpose:
Manage and customize dropdown lists and settings for other tabs.
Quick Instructions:
1. Setup Dropdown Lists: This tab is where you set up the dropdown lists for the
other tabs. Edit the white cells in these tables to update your dropdown options.
2. Automatic Reflection: Any changes you make in the tables here are automatically
reflected in the dropdown lists on the other tabs.
3. Customizations: If you need additional customizations or specific features, please
contact us for support.

Advance Daily. By acquiring, downloading, or using this Tracker, you agree to the
terms and conditions of this license.
License Grant:
Advance Daily grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use
the Tracker for personal or organizational productivity tracking purposes. This license
does not grant you any rights to resell, sublicense, or distribute the Tracker.
Intellectual Property Rights:
The Tracker is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Advance
Daily retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Tracker, including all copyrights,
trademarks, and any other proprietary rights.
Restrictions:
You are expressly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, or distributing, transferring
the Tracker, in whole or in part, to any third party without the prior written consent of
Advance Daily. Any unauthorized use or distribution constitutes a violation of
