Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer

Location: Chennai / Coimbatore


Position Type: Full-Time
Notice Period: 30 Days

What We’re Looking For:

 Minimum 8+ years of work experience in Technology (application development).


 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer with solid experience in Microservices architecture and
AWS.

 5+ years of experience developing APIs using Node.js. Experience with Golang is a plus.

 3+ years of experience in React Native developing applications for both Android and iOS.

 Proven experience in React or similar UI technologies, strong grasp of JavaScript, UI/UX


design principles, SDKs, and responsive design.

 Hands-on experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL,
PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

 Good understanding of API security models such as OAuth, JSON Web Token (JWT), Digital
Certificates, Basic Auth, and OpenID.

 Exposure to DevOps culture; hands-on with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines is an added
advantage.

 Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

 Knowledge of SQL optimization and relevant performance tuning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

 Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability towards release goals,


including requirement analysis, technical specifications, design, implementation, unit
testing, deployment, and code management.

 Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and promote best practices aligned with
organizational guidelines.

 Build and maintain environments for speed, accuracy, consistency, and maximum uptime.

 Take a hands-on approach with strong analytical, architectural, development, and debugging
skills.

 Develop front-end architecture, ensure responsiveness, and design user interactions on web
pages.

 Create back-end logic, develop servers and databases, and ensure seamless functionality.
 Work collaboratively with UI/UX designers to incorporate visual elements and improve user
experience.

 Drive projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

 Design and develop robust RESTful APIs, catering to both technical and consumer-facing
needs.

 Build and maintain a team culture based on trust and encourage continuous learning and
growth.
