How To Raise An Objection On Objection Form

To raise an objection, candidates must visit the Recruitment Portal and log in with their credentials. How to raise an Objection in Objection Form

Following steps are to be followed to raise the Objection: -

1. Candidate needs to visit Recruitment Portal


https://cdn.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/31526/93020/Index.html to raise Objection in Objection Form.
A link to the above-mentioned recruitment portal shall also be made available on the official Punjab Police
website www.punjabpolice.gov.in.

2. After clicking on URL the candidate will be forwarded to the below page. Click on Login to enter your same
credentials (Registration Number and User Password) used for filling up the Application Form.
3. After Login with credentials below window will open, Candidate needs to click on Constable Tab and click on
Action button as per below image.

4. You can note the Question ID from the Question Paper as shown in the figure below. In this tab you can see only question
paper with your response and correct answer. Before raising objection, check the Question ID’s and Answers carefully.

After clicking on the Candidate Response TAB, you can download the response sheet by clicking the button “here” for Paper I
and Paper II.

5. Click on Objection Form Tab
6. Click on Click here To raise objection button to raise your query.

Candidate can raise objection only in Objection Tab before the last date. (No objections will be entertained by
post, email, phone call or in person.)

• Kindly click on to “click here to raise Objection” to raise an objection.


• Candidate can raise objection for 1 question at a time.
• To raise objection for more than 1 question please click on to “click to raise new Objection” again.

After click on “Click to raise new Objection” Button, Below are the step-by-step process.
7. Candidate will get Objection Form Instruction window, once you read the instructions then scroll down and
click on Close button.
8. Candidate can select details as per their Admit Card like Date of Exam, Shift, Paper and Question ID as per
candidate response sheet and Question Number from dropdown selection and select nature of objection from
dropdown against s/he want to raise Objection.

 Enter remarks with the limitation of 200 characters (Mandatory)


 Upload at least one Supporting Document (Non-Mandatory)
 Fees for each Objection is Rs. 50, Select Payment Gateway and Click on Submit Button.
 After completion of Payment Process candidate will get the Payment Slip in Candidate Login page only,
Please download it for future reference purpose.
• Select Nature of Objection carefully
• it is mandatory to mention remark’s, enter your reason for objection clearly. Objections with no valid
explanation or reference will not be considered and will be discarded.
• Maximum 3 supporting documents can be uploaded for an objection or question / Supporting document of
• Maximum size of 400kb should be in PDF / JPG / JPEG format.
• There is ₹ 50 fee for each objection mandatory for all candidates.
• Objection Fees will be refundable if the objection raised by the candidate is correct.
