Make sure to use a forklift or crane capable of lifting over 1 ton to move this machine, ensuring safety during the
handling process. After the machine is placed on the wooden packaging crate's skids, first secure it with blocking on
both sides of the square steel, then use ropes to hold down the hollow square steel and connect it to the skids for
stabilization.

4.3 Production Process
1.When the system is powered on, please ensure the receiving tray is raised. The top light sensor should detect the tray,
and the machine will not operate if the tray is not raised;
2.Choose the light sensor detection mode. After the PLC program is set, it will send signals based on the detection
conditions. Ensure that the tray is not in a position that could cause a malfunction;
3.Turn on the heating switch. If it does not heat up, check the power supply and ensure the heating element is
functioning properly to complete the setup;

4.4 Serve the cup
The completed cups fall onto the rear conveyor belt. According to the memory function of the PLC program, cups of
different specifications drop from their corresponding outlets into the boxes, completing the cup collection process.

delay for the 1# specification outlet indicates the time required for the conveyor flap to reach the first cup dispensing
point, ensuring that the cup dispensing cylinder opens 0.5 seconds in advance when the conveyor flap arrives at the
first cup dispensing point.

6.Common Issues and Solutions
Startup Alarm:
Check if the air pressure in the system is in the operating state, normally at 0.5-0.7 MPa. Ensure the pressure switch is
turned on.
Automatic Operation and Manual Adjustment:
Press the automatic button and the manual adjustment button for 5 seconds. If there is no response, touch the screen; it
may be possible that the temperature has not reached the required 120 ° C. The machine needs to reach this
temperature to avoid continuous malfunction.
Temperature Issues:
a. If the temperature is not stable (e.g., fluctuating around ±25 mm), check the heating element.
b. If the temperature is incorrect, check the blade and ensure it is clean.
Electrical Issues:
a. If the heating switch does not turn on, check the power supply and ensure the heating element is functioning
properly.
b. If the temperature continues to rise, check the electrical connections to ensure they are secure.
7.Maintenance and Inspection
7.1 Preventive Measures
Ensure that the heating device is used at a temperature below 30 degrees. The distance from the blade to the device
should be minimized, and all moving parts should be properly positioned.
7.2 Regular Maintenance Guidelines
1.Lubricate the sliding parts twice a month.
2.Inspect the air pressure gauge position once a month, checking the position of the blade and the tension of the
spring.
3.Check the overall condition of the machine once a month, inspecting for any pressure leaks.
