A. Look/Search for an OTP email received

from support@codetantra.com.
B. Click on the first given link to go to the
password set page.
C. OPT should be pre-filled. Enter and
confirm a password of your choice.
D. Click on the Submit button to submit the
preferred password.

 Step 01 : Login

1. Open Chrome browser on your Laptop/Desktop

Important Notes
• In case of invalid Login id / Password error,
ensure that the logo on the login page is same
as of your institute, if not, then you are on wrong
login page. Recheck the login link.

• You can use Forgot option also to recover your

Password using your registered email-id if you
are on correct login page.
Step 02 : Visit Tests Page

Click on Tests card to get the list of scheduled

exam

Important Notes
You can access Calculator under Tools
card to practice usage of calculator.
If you want to check whether your
laptop/desktop is fit to attempt
the test even before the actual exam,
then you can follow the following steps:
• Select Tools by scrolling down this page.
• Click on Environment Check
card, it will redirect you to
Environment Check page.
• On this page, you can check whether
Microphone, webcam and sound of your
laptop/desktop is working or not to
continue the test by giving the browser
necessary permission.
• You can also troubleshoot your device
also using the help videos given on this
page.
• If your laptop/desktop fulfil the
necessary requirements, then you
should see a message Environment
Check Successful.
Step 03 : Visit Take Test Page

Click on Take Test card to get the list of

scheduled exam
Step 04 : Open the Test

1. Click on the Open Test button

against the test you want to attempt
as per the availability of the test.
2. To check upcoming assessments set
the date in below search bar.

Do not select Third Eye from the laptop/desktop

Important Notes
• Students are supposed to select Open
Test from the laptop/desktop while Third
Eye should be selected when student joins
the same test though mobile.

Step 05 : Give the permissions

You are on the Environment Check page

now. Here, you will be asked to give the
permission to the browser by clicking on
Allow button for Location, Microphone,
Camera access continuously.
Step 06 : Check the Audio

1. Click on Click here to check audio button

2. Click on Play button.
3. Click Yesif you can hear the audio.

Important Notes
• If you cannot hear the audio, make
sure volume level of your
laptop/desktop is up.
• You can also ensure if there is any
working speaker is attached with
the laptop/desktop or not.
Step 07 : Proceed to test

1. If environment check is successful, then

you should see a button with a name

2. Click on Proceed to test button to go to
the next step

Important Notes
• In case, you are not able to complete the Environment
Check step, you can troubleshoot your device.
• System will automatically show the troubleshoot video

link based on the error.

• Either disable or uninstall if there is any antivirus
software installed in your PC in case you are having
trouble with your webcam or microphone on this
page.
• If you are not able to troubleshoot the device, then
you can change the device.
• Make sure download manager is disabled if there is
any installed in the PC such as IDM.
Step 08 : Face & ID Capture

Click on Capture button to Capture the face

and then click on Proceed Button on the
next page.
Step 09 : Face & ID Capture

Click on Browse Button to upload the ID

card from PC or click on the Camera button
to capture the photograph of ID card through
Web Cam
Step 10 : Face & ID Capture

Click on Upload Button to upload to

upload the face and ID capture.

Important Notes
• Verify your face and id proof before clicking on

Upload button.

• Once uploaded you cannot reupload back.

Step 11 : Join Test with 3rd Eye

It is time to start the same test from

Mobile now as 3rd Eye.

1. Wait for few seconds here on this page

and let the system automatically
creates a meeting room to connect you
with your proctor.
2. Once, meeting room is created,
system will ask you to connect into the
same test through 3rd Eye.

Step 12 : Open a browser

1. Open a supported browser in your phone. Either of the

following 3 combination should work fine;

✓ Chrome (Version 90+) on Android

✓ Edge (Version 90+) on Android
✓ Safari (Version 13.6+) on iOS
2. Visit the following link:

Open any scanner and scan the QR which is visible

on Test window (Primary Device).

Important Notes
• You can visit Play Store to update Chrome or Edge in an
Android
device.
• You can visit App store to update Safari browser
Step 13 : Login to the portal

1. Enter your EMAIL and PASSWORD.

2. Click on LOGIN button to login
 Step 14 : Allowing Permission

1. You will be asked to Allow the

camera to be used by the browser
(Chrome/Safari). Click on Allow.
Step 15 : Position the 3rd Eye

1. Click on the green color Chat icon.

2. You will be able to see yourself through the front camera.
3. It is the time to place the mobile on the table which will be
acting as 3rd Eye.
Step 16 : Important Setting in Mobile

1. Make Sure to turn on Auto-Rotate mode.

2. Make sure to turn on Do Not Disturb Mode.
Step 17 : Placing the 3rd Eye

1. Place your mobile (3rd Eye) on the table in such a way,where front camera can
capture your laptop screen, hands, face, upper part of the body.
2. Please observe, in the leftmost image, candidate, laptop, hands and upper body is
completely visible.
3. You will be guided by the proctor to further rectify your 3rd Eye view if needed.

• You can observe that the mobile

phone (3rd Eye) is kept at a distance
from where it can capture the
student’s activity.

Step 18 : Start the Test

1. Once the 3rd eye is connected, you be

able to see a Start Test button
automatically.
2. Click on the Start Test Button to start the
test.

Important Notes

• It takes a few seconds to get the Start Test

button on laptop after you connect to the 3rd
Eye (2nd device).

Please be patient.
Step 19 : MCSA questions

Zooming in/out

1. You can resize the text on the portal by

clicking on – and + button.

Sending the SOS

1. You can ask for the emergency help by

clicking on the SOS button.
2. Fill in your mobile number and
describe your problem and then
Submit.
Finishing the test

1. On the last question of the test, Next

button is disabled.

2. To finish the test, click on the Finish

Button.

3. A test Summary will appear, after

verifying the Summary, you can click on
Yes, I want to Finish and Exit.
