About the Role

We are seeking bright and highly motivated Software Development Interns to join our
Engineering team in Pune. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on
experience in a fast-paced agile environment, contributing to real-world projects from
design to delivery. You will work alongside experienced engineers, learn best practices,
and hone your problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of robust


and scalable software solutions from broadly defined problems.

• Engineering Excellence: Drive and adhere to best practices in coding, testing,


and software development.

• Architectural Collaboration: Work with team members to develop and refine


the architecture and design of new and existing systems.

• Agile Delivery: Participate actively in an Agile development environment to


deliver high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's


degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Foundational Knowledge: Possess an extremely sound understanding of core


Computer Science principles, including Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-
Oriented Design, and Databases.

• Good understanding of Front-end and back-end technologies

• Coding Proficiency: Ability to write quality code in an object-oriented language,


preferably C/C++ or Python, within a Linux environment.

• Communication: Good written and oral communication skills.

• Learning Agility: A fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced
development environment.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills.
