Comparison And Cons Of Apollo 11
It has a stark beauty all its own. It s like much of the high desert of the United States. It s different
but it s very pretty out here Neil Armstrong. The Apollo 11 was the first mission to send men to the
moon and have them take a step on another planetary body. The objective of this mission was to
complete a national goal of a lunar landing determined by President John F. Kennedy. People all
around the world were anxiously waiting to witness the mission fail or succeed; everyone had heard
about it from newspapers to the television, and even going to see Apollo 11launch in person. Two
articles had been made to show the dangerous circumstances Armstrong and Aldrin would have
faced outside of Earth in the unknown outer space. Another article shows the success of the two
men sacrificing their lives to achieve something no man has ever done. In Event of Moon
Disaster and The July 16, 1969, Launch: A Symbol of Man s Greatness are two articles that have
different purposes that display how effective they have been, are affected by speaker, audience, and
subject, and each article appeal to its own senses of logos, ethos, and pathos. The biggest benefit of
Apollo was the inspiration it gave to a growing generation to get into science and aerospace Buzz
Aldrin.
Nevertheless, the two purposes of these articles are distinct, but they have remarkable similarities.
That s one small step for man but one giant leap for mankind. Neil Armstrong. This one step of a

Analysis Of The Dance Field By Frank Lloyd Wright
On May 11, 1894 in Allegany City, Pennsylvania soon to be Pittsburg, Pennsylvania a legend was
born. Little did Jane and George Graham know that their last name would have worldwide
recognition thanks to their daughter, Martha. Martha Graham s work in the dance field has been
compared to Picasso s work in visual arts, Frank Lloyd Wright s work in architecture, and the
influence of Stravinsky on music. The Graham family moved to California in the 1910 s, and when
Graham was 17, she went to see her first ever danceperformance. She saw Ruth St. Denis, a modern
dancepioneer, perform in Los Angeles. Graham was so inspired that she begged her parents to allow
her to study dance. Being strong Presbyterians, her parents didn t exactly support the idea. Despite
what her parents thought, Graham enrolled herself in an arts oriented junior college. After her father
died, she started attending the new Denishawn School of Dancing and Related Arts, founded by St.
Denis and her husband, Ted Shawn. What Graham learned there would fundamentally shape her
dancing style moving forward. Pretty soon Graham s technique was strong enough to start working
professionally as a dancer. Her passionate, emotional performance style gained her the attention of
the nation. As the years progressed, Graham transitioned from performer to choreographer. The life
of a dancer isn t always well funded, so when Graham was offered teaching opportunities in New
York City, she took them. In 1926, at age
Summary Between Lord Of The Glies And Lord Of The Flies
Early man set up civilizations so future generations could live in peace and survive in their
surroundings. As early man developed civilizations, they contained five characteristics. Three of
the five are complex institutions, specialized workers, and record keeping. Complex institutions
are organizations like government and religious organizations. Specialized workers are people
like teachers, soldiers, and priests. Finally, cuneiform tablets were used in record keeping to keep
track of rules and trade. The characters in Lord of the Flies mirror early man s development
through complex institutions, specialized workers and record keeping. The boys in the novel
Lord of the Flies mirror the development of early man through complex institutions when they
appoint a chief. In the historical fiction novel, Clan of the Cave Bear, the text reads, the leader of
the small clan... (Auel 12). In the Lord of the Flies, after being called to the beach by the conch,
the boys vote for a chief to lead the mass of boys on the island similar to the early man leader
portrayed in Clan of the Cave Bear (Golding 22). The connection between these texts demonstrates
that the boys are going through the same development phase as early man did. In both Lord of the
Flies, and Clan of the Cave Bear, there is a chief, and even more, a complex institution similar to a
government. Now that a government has been formed, there will be workers and a way to keep
track of events. The boys in the novel
Pros And Cons Of Banning The Daily Stormer
While banning The Daily Stormer may not prevent them from creating another outlet to spread
negativity, there are still pro s that come from it. One pro that would come out of banning The
Daily Stormer is that there would be one less outlet spreading hateful messages. Furthermore,
there would be no basis of meaning set out on how to treat others. Banning The Daily Stormer
also shows that companies are willing to step up and speak out on what they believe in. This
could also defer future hate groups by creating fear of also being shut down. Even though there
are other ways to go about getting rid of people who spread hatred towards other groups of people
who are not their own, I think that the web platforms had the right to deny access to The Daily
Stormer if they feared that any other way could lead to more chaos. I believe that by The Daily
Stormer being denied on web... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I think that the Daily Stormer should be able to freely express their opinions, whether other people
agree with them or not. People should be able to have a civilized debate about the things that they
may not agree upon. In my opinion, it is wrong and unjust to punish people for expressing their
views, however controversial they may be. As members of a society, we should accept that not
everyone is going to agree with us, and getting angry or trying to silence someone because they have
different beliefs is simply barbaric. It is important that one learns to listen to different perspectives
about the world. With that being said, I think sometimes it is very hard for humans to separate their
emotions from logic, and when that happens you can t communicate. Admittedly, the Neo Nazis

Turning Points In The Last Supper
Since the beginning of time, whether we practice religion or not, there seems to be a leader that
the people in general follow or look up to bring comfort in our existence to society. The Last
Supper was created by an Italian artist by the name of Leonardo Da Vinci in the fifteenth century.
It is quite a distinctive piece and has a great deal of detail for it being a fresco. More than half of the
world is familiar with The Last Supper. With Christianity being a dominant religion throughout the
world, the paintingconnects with the bible noting that some of the major turning points took place
during The Last Supper. It would be depicted as Jesusfinal dinner with his disciples. Liberty Leading
the People was created in 1830 by an artist by... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Hundreds of years apart and yet the two paintings have so much in common as well as their
differences. No matter the date of the work the quality and meaning will always stand the test of
time. The Last Supper may not have had death painted, but the sorrow that the disciples told the
story of their leader coming in the near future. In the end victory would be in the death of Jesus
as he was put here to die for man. Lady Liberty presents death, defeat, glory, and accomplishment
at the same time. Eugene Delacoix presented Liberty Leading the People it a dark way to show
what had to take place in order to get the victory. In the Last Supper Judas shows how hard it is to
resist the temptation of overturning his Lord and Savior for the bearings of silver and gold, while
at the same time Lady Liberty brings temptation of murder to fight for what we believe is right.
Two different day in ages as well as two different cultural background shows the instilment of human
nature and what we have used to progress as a
Time Is Precious
Friends, today I am going to speak on a subject that affects us all, every day, every hour, every
minute and every second. Yes...the subject is Time.
Time is the most precious thing for a man as it comes only once in someone s life and never stays
long. Our life is like a bubble, a short morning dream. Therefore, we should take good care and
make the best use of it. In other words, we must understand the value of time. Time management is
basically planning and dividing one s time in a constructive way.
We all have a number of activities that have to be taken care of in a particular period of time. So we
should be able to plan our activities in such a way that we are able to complete all the work in a
given span of time. A great ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
But those who forgot the value of time found to their utter dismay that it was harsh on them later.
In other words, successful persons use time in the best possible manner to achieve their goals.
Most of us waste our precious time in unnecessary things such as gossip, roaming aimlessly,
grieving over the past blunders or day dreaming. It must always be kept in mind that, Time and tide
wait for none . Time can be spent wisely or foolishly. The choice is ours and so are its consequences.
Life is not a bed of roses. Each one of us has to face a number of problems in life. We have to be
bold and courageous enough to face them. Problems are faced by men of courage only. Escapists
always avoid problems. Bad times teach us a lot. They prepare us for a prosperous and glorious
future. When difficult times arrive, they prepare us for a better life. We will then be able to handle
problems with more maturity, stability and courage.
Basically, time and opportunity once lost can never be recovered. The flow of time is ceaseless
and eternal and we all are like small insignificant particles in this endless and continuous flow.
Time is eternal and endless but human life is very limited, finite and short lived. Hence, successful
people make the best use of time in their lives. A work done is time earned. A decision taken at an
appropriate moment can work wonders so we must all learn to strike the iron when it is hot.
We must make the best
Greedence Clearwater Revival Analysis
Creedence Clearwater Revival or CCR, was an American rock band active in the late 1960s and
early 1970s. The band comprised of lead vocalist, lead guitarist, and primary songwriter John
Fogerty, his brother rhythm guitarist Tom Fogerty, bassist Stu Cook, and drummer Doug Clifford.

over two minutes in length, the troublemaking song was an easy way to vocalize beliefs during this

Then arose John Fogerty s Fortunate Son. It was released the very same month that Nixon
delivered his Silent Majority speech. (Shmoop Editorial Team) Creedence Clearwater Revival, a
band with an impeccable middle class upbringing and viewpoint, called into interrogation Nixon s
belief that the antiwar effort was collected only of the poor, unskilled labor, and hippies. The music
was extremely critical of the government s Selective Service System, which constructed a military
that was excessively collected of under privileged groups and the lower class. These unfortunate
ones do not have the required funds to purchase educational or medical deferrals from the war.
Fortunate Son poked holes in Nixon s speech claiming that a great silent majority in America totally
reinforced the Vietnam war. Instead, many more were against it and Fortunate Son was their anthem.
This song coveys the feelings of the oppressed under privileged Americans at this time. This is a
good protest song that went at the issue non violently and made its claim towards the national
