5 Check auxiliary terminal box connection Weekly
C Generator
1 Clean apertures and inlets with a dry air supply Monthly
2 Grease bearings (if required) Yearly
3 Check ventilation areas for obstructions Weekly

Run the system for checking/ fine tuning and for check emergency
switchover function. Prior approval shall be obtained from the Hospital
4 Operator and Employer's Representative if any disruption are Monthly
anticipated for the purposes of this checks. Contractor shall be
responsible to top-up the fuel for the Genset to its full level upon
completion of each maintenance activity.

5 Check electrical connections Monthly


D Switchgear
1 Check functioning of all relays, lamps, fuses, metres and switches Weekly
2 Check functioning of all switches (including engine) Yearly
3 Check that contacts of circuit breakers and contactors are clean Yearly
4 Check condition and rating of fuses and trip devises Monthly
E General
1 Check and tighten all nuts and bolts (as required) Yearly
