negligence, mishandling, or non-compliance with instructions, I shall be fully liable for any expenses,
penalties, or repair/replacement costs incurred by the organization. I undertake to bear such costs
personally and will not hold the institute accountable in any manner.
10. Upon completion of the internship/training, I shall submit the Internship Completion Certificate,
Internship Report / Daily Activity Diary/ Summary of Activities and Feedback (if applicable) from the
Internship Organization.
